房屋买卖尾款协议

协议书

甲方（出售方）：乙方（购买方）：甲乙双方就坐落于房屋将在年月日进行交房交接手续办理，现就交房过程中的相关事宜达成如下一致意见：1、甲方确认房屋内已无租客，房屋内的一切财产（电视、冰箱、洗衣机、空调等电器及沙发、床、餐桌等家具）在交接结束后，都归乙方所有；2、由于甲方（原房东）口头承诺的原购买房价的误差而引起的税差元人民币，经协商同意，此部分税差费用由甲方自行承担；3、购房合同中的购房尾款万人民币，扣除上述的元人民币税差，乙方在交房当天将万元人民币一次性支付给甲方4、原甲方在出售该房产前由于个人原因发生的与该房产有关的任何纠纷等问题，在交房结束后，仍由甲方自行承担各种后果，并对乙方造成的各种影响进行适当合理补偿。甲方：乙方：证明人：日期
