400T拉伸机设计
摘要
铝合金厚板在轧制、冷却过程中,由于各种因素的影响,往往产生纵向弯曲(波浪形)、横向弯曲、边缘浪形和中间瓢曲弯等形状缺陷。为了消除这些缺陷,需要在矫直机上进行矫直。拉伸是消除形状简单产品残余应力的最简便方法,可有效地达到基本消除残余应力和明显改善不平度的目的。
随着航空航天工业大型整体壁板技术问世,一些国家于50年代研究与应用了淬火厚板拉伸工艺,最大拉伸厚度因设备能力不同,可分别达到50~180mm,形成了相关的专用产品标准。
拉伸矫直机由拉伸嵌头,调整嵌头,调整嵌头的调整机构,拉伸机构(拉伸缸和回程缸)和机架等部分组成.机架为嵌头的移动轨道。调整嵌头和拉伸嵌头的结构是完全相同的,三个液压缸带动嵌口运动,夹紧板材。整个嵌头由四个轮子支撑在机架的导路上,并可在其移动.当板材挠曲不能进入嵌口时,可用压板压紧缸来压住板材。
调整嵌头的移动是由一台电机通过齿轮带动螺母转动,使两根丝杆移动而带动调整嵌头移动,以适合拉伸不同长度板材的需要。
拉伸嵌头的拉伸由液压缸驱动,其行程由延伸标尺碰撞限位开关来限制。
本文的主要内容和研究成果如下:

②根据设计要求及张力大小,对拉伸缸液压系统设计及夹紧缸液压系统设计计算。
③应用弹性有限元分析方法对400T拉伸矫直机系统中的主体关键部分—活动夹头受力构件建立了有限元模型。
④根据拉伸机的特点,要满足此产品的设计要求,整体协调,动作连贯,从受力状态和结构两方面进行比较,而且设备的造价又必须控制在一定范围内。通过分析和比较,确定材料,找出最优方案,即整体装配。

ABSTRACT
Because of the influence of various factors, mang shape defects often occur to thick plate of aluminium alloy in the processesof rolling, cooling and transportation, such as longitudinal bend(waviness),lateral bend, wave in edge and wave in edge etc. For the elimination of the defects, it is necessary to level rolled stocks using a leveler. Stretching is the most simple and convenient method of eliminating shape simple product remaining stress, it can reach efficiently the purpose of eliminateing stress and obvious improvement indignant degree basically.
With the application of the industrial technology of wall plate of large scale in aerospace industry, some countries had studied and applied quench thick plate stretch technology in 1950'.The biggest stretch thickness is 50~180mm because of equipment ability and the related product standard is formed .
Stretches the straightening machine to inlay the head by the stretch, the adjustment inlays the head, the adjustment inlays the head the adjusting mechanism, the stretch organization (stretches cylinder and return trip cylinder) and parts and so on rack is composed. The rack for inlays the head the motion track. The adjustment inlays and the stretch inlays the head the structure is identical, three hydraulic cylinder impetus inlays the mouth movement, the clamp plate.Entire inlays the reason four wheel supports on rack guiding way, and may in its migration. When the plate winding cannot enter inlays the mouth, the available clamp contracts the cylinder to suppress the plate.

The this article primary coverage and the research results are as follows:
①Introduced the straightening machine basic type, the stretch strightening main characteristic, the 400T straightening machine function, the main parameter and the structure, and have carried on the analysis to the 400T stretch straightening machine cartridge stress.
②The application elastic finite element analysis method to 400T in the stretch straightening machine system main body essential part - movable chuck C board, stress components and so on fixed cartridge C shape board has established the finite element model.
③According to the design request and the tensity size, to stretch the cylinder hydraulic system design and the clamp cylinder hydraulic system design calculation.
④According to the stretcher characteristic, needs to satisfy this product the design request, the whole is coordinated, the movement links up, carries on the comparison from the stressful condition and the structure two aspects, moreover the equipment
