Requirements for Dai Yunchuan’s company施工要求GeneralSchool must meet all Fire Code and safety regulations as required under Chinese law消防等安全規則須符合中國法律要求Completed renovation must pass Chinese Building Code and By-laws pertaining to renovations and construction.工程完工后，各項指標需達到建築法律法規要求Grounds and area surround the school must be restored to the original or better condition that existed prior to commencement of construction.工程完工后，地面等區域需恢復原狀The contractor will be responsible for removal of all excess waste materials after the construction is completed.工程完工后，所有建築垃圾由施工單位負責清除The contractor will obey all regulations pertaining to construction and access to the property as outlined by Ivy Humanities.施工單位應全面服從物管提出的要求Equipment included in the school is listed below. Attached is a catalogue for reference. Equipment may be ordered from this catalogue or another supplier.The pictures and descriptions in the catalogue describes the equipment theschool requires. Equipment ordered form another supplier must be of the same quality or better.學校應配備的設施在附件中可見，僅供參考。

承包單位可向附件中提到的公司訂貨或是其他供應商，圖片中的設備正是JACK學校要求的，如果從其他供應商訂貨，前提是質量相當或是更好Note: The list below is not an exhaustive list. Exposed pipes and mechanical must the concealed.接待大廳不要求吊頂，但管道等暴露物須隱藏Classroom Ceiling Treatments. All pipes are to be concealed by bulkheads or suspended drop ceilings. If the contractor chooses or use bulkheads to concealpipes, acoustic tiles must also be installed in the classroom.教室天花：管道需用隔板吊頂，如果採用隔板吊頂，也得必須安裝隔音板 Exposed beams are to be clad with wood and stained dark brown.暴漏的橫樑需包裝或是塗上深褐色/深棕色Painting and Finishing 上漆和表面加工Washable latex paint is to be used on all surfaces that require painting. All painted surface must use paint must be applied as per manufacturesspecifications. Paint is not the have water added to it prior to application thesurfaces.表面需用防水乳膠漆所有表面需按照規格和說明上漆漆不能摻水使用Only surfaces that require painting are to have paint. Should paint be found on any surface or object that is not designated for painting the contractor willreplace the surface with new materials or equipment. Example: trim electricaloutlet, wood trim, furniture, white boards etc.僅表面要求上漆.如果发现承包商未按照規定用漆，則需更換Flooring地板All floors are to be finished with good quality tile. Color and style will be determined in consultation with the Director of the school.地板需採用高質量的瓷磚，顏色和風格需與學校總監協商Multi-purpose room will have rubberized floor suitable for indoor sports and recreation activities.多功能教室地面需橡膠處理，其中也包括室內運動-活動室9 ClassroomsEach classroom will have a porcelain size white board (Classroom instruction quality) installed on one wall. Approximate size 2400mm x 1200mm. (page 30) 每一间教室墙上需配備尺寸相當的白板。

预估尺寸大约为2400mmx1200mm.Location of each board in each classroom will be determined by the School Director.每一间教室每块白板的位置要有學校總監确认Classroom windows are to sunblinds /sunshades.教室的窗户要安裝百葉窗等遮陽光的東西Entry doors to classroom are to have glass side panel located on one side of he door. Doors are to be solid doors with no glass window.在進入教室的門上，需安裝一小塊透明玻璃觀察窗Each classroom will have three pin boards to display student work. Actual size of the boards will be determined by location and space in the classroom.Approximate size 3600mm x 1200mm (page 29)每一间教室要有三块擦針板（水松木）用于展示学生的成果。
