摘要

本设计题目为某五层框架结构学生宿舍楼设计,设计中选取结构方案中横向一榀框架第9轴为计算单元。建筑主体共五层,每层层高3.3m,总建筑面积为2700m2,建筑总高度为18.2m,抗震设防烈度为8度,抗震等级为二级,结构采用钢筋混凝土框架形式及桩基础。

本设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。在建筑设计部分主要进行了总体方案设计、平立剖面设计及屋面、楼梯、墙体构造设计,在确定框架布局之后,先进行了层间荷载代表值的计算,由于计算时需考虑抗震要求;抗震设防目标即小震不坏,中震可修,大震不倒;还需考虑抗震设计原则即强柱弱梁,强剪弱弯原则,所以接着进行了结构方案中横向框架A、B、C、D轴框架的抗震设计,利用顶点位移法求出自振周期,进而按底部剪力法计算水平地震荷载作用下大小,进而求出在水平荷载作用下的结构内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力)。结构设计部分选择了一榀典型框架计算恒载及活载作用下的内力和内力组合,通过最不利内力组合计算结构配筋、绘制各主要承重构件结构施工图。

Abstract

The purpose of the design is a five-story students’ dormitory portal frame construction design. In the design,to do the antiseismic design in the longitudinal frames of axis 9 for computing element.The architecture has five stories . Its whole floorage is 2700m2, its top is 18.2m high. The earthquake intensity is 8. Style of the building is totally frame structure of reinforced concrete. The foundation of the building is the pile foundation.

The design includes architectural design and structural design of two parts. In some of the major architectural design for the overall program design, flat vertical profile design and roof, stairs, wall structural design, in determining the frame layout, the first carried out on behalf of the interlayer load value is calculated, due to be considered when calculating the seismic requirements; fortification goal that no damage in small earthquake,can repair in moderate earquake, no collapse in large earthquake; seismic design principles, namely the need to consider weak beam, strong shear weak bending principles, followed by a horizontal frame structure programs A, B, C, D axis seismic design framework, by using the vertex displacement method for vibration period, thus calculated according to the level of the base shear under seismic load size, and then find in the structure under horizontal load force (moment, shear axial force). Some chose a design framework for calculating typical specimens of dead load and live load combination of internal forces and internal forces, through the most unfavorable combination of computational structural reinforcement force to draw the main load-bearing components construction drawing.
