汽车起重机回转机构设计

摘要

近两年,我国的起重机发展迅速,在各个领域的应用也日趋广泛,但与世界先进水平还有一定的差距,主要原因是国内配套零部件落后,材质差,再有就是制造工艺水平低。

本文对QY25汽车起重机的设计做了研究,就汽车起重机整车做了大概的分析和论述,就汽车起重机回转机构进行了设计,对回转机构的主要部件—行星减速器的内部结构做了详细的分析和计算,对于中、小型汽车起重机的发展具有一定的积极意义。

关键词:汽车起重机;回转机构;行星减速器;行星齿轮传动。

Autohoist rotation organization design

ABSTRACT

In the recent two years, our country hoist crane development rapid, in each domain application also day by day widespread, but also has the certain disparity with the world advanced level, the main reason is the domestic necessary spare part backward, material quality bad, again has is makes the technological level to be low.

This article has done the research to the QY25 autohoist design, the autohoist entire vehicle has made the general analysis and the elaboration, the autohoist rotation organization has carried on the design, to rotated the organization the major component planet reduction gear internal structure to make the analysis and the computation, regarding the center, the small autohoist development had the certain positive sense.
