For the invitation letter, we need the following documents from your side so that we can surrender to China Foreign Affair Office for processing:

1）The copy of your passport and the record of your visit to China before;

2）The employment certificate with your company letter head and stamp;

3）The copy of your company business license;

4）The copy of your company payment transfer, the copy of shipping documents, like bill of lading, or any other document certifying your business;
