摘要

传统烧伤敷料吸液量不够大,需要厚厚包扎并经常更换,敷料在吸液后易干燥,并与伤口发生粘连而造成二次创伤,又不便使用等缺点,所以逐渐被其它敷料代替。水凝胶是一种含有大量水分的亲水性的网状高分子溶胀体 ,具有良好的吸水性,表面光滑 ,生物相容性好 ,所以在生物医学工程领域得到了广泛的研究和应用。水凝胶敷料能与不平整的创面紧密帖合但不粘连 ,减少细菌滋生的机会。

本设计对水凝胶烧伤敷料的生产进行了工艺设计。设计内容主要包括:配方的选取、物料衡算、车间工艺设计、生产设备的选取、生产车间的设计等。并对涉及的聚合方法进行了介绍,对公用系统进行了简单说明。除此之外,在本设计中绘制了工艺流程图、车间布置图以及主要设备图。

Abstract

Traditional burns dressing is not large enough, need thick dressing and frequent replacement, dressing in the liquid after the easy to dry, and the wound adhesion caused by secondary trauma, and inconvenience to use and other shortcomings, so gradually replaced by other dressings. Hydrogel is a hydrophilic high-molecular polymer swelling body containing a lot of water. It has good water absorption, smooth surface and good biocompatibility. Therefore, it has been widely studied and applied in biomedical engineering. Hydrogel dressings can be closely tied with uneven creatures but not sticky, reducing the chance of bacterial growth.

This design has been crafted for the production of hydrogel burn dressings. The design content includes: the selection of recipe, material accounting, workshop process design, production equipment selection, production workshop design. The introduction of the polymerization method is introduced, and the common system is briefly described. In addition to this design in the design of the process flow chart, the layout of the workshop and the main equipment map.
