Waiter (W): Good evening, madam and sir, welcome to our restaurant.晚上好，先生女士，欢迎光临。
Have you a reservation, sir? 请问有预订吗？
Guest(G):I’m afraid I haven’t. Have you a table for two?没有，有没有两个人的桌。
W: I’m sorry to say that we haven’t got any vacant seat at present. Would you please wait in the lounge for about five minutes? I’ll seat you if the table is ready.
很抱歉，现在没有座位了。请你在休息室等5分钟，可以吗？如果桌子准备好了，我会通知你。
G:It sounds nice.Nancy,let’s go to the lounge then.(Five minutes later.)
