吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌疗效观察

观察吉西他滨联合顺铂与长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效 。 方法
将符合病例入选标准的乳
腺 癌 患 者 160 例 患 者 采 用 随 机 数 字 表 法 分 为 治 疗 组 和 对 照 组 ， 每 组 80 例 。 观 察 组 予 吉 西 他 滨 1 000 mg ／ m2， 静 脉 滴 注
CR 观察组为 37.50% ， 对照组为 35.00% ， 2 组 相 比 差 异 无 统 计 学 意 义 （P ﹥ 0.05 ）。 总 有 效 率 观 察 组 为
60.00% ， 对照组为 57.50% ， 2 组相比较差异无统计学意义 （P ﹥ 0.05 ）。 2 组治疗后均出现了不同程度的中性粒细胞减少 、 贫血 、 恶心呕吐 、 脱发 、 发热 、 肝功能损害 、 肾功能损害 ， 但总体而言 II－V 级发生率两组相比差异无统计学意义 （P ﹥ 0.05 ）。 结论

Anshun City People ’s Hospital ， Anshun ， Guizhou 561000 ， China Abstract ： OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of gemcitabine and cisplatin with Changchun vinorelbine combined with cisplatin in treatment of advanced breast cancer. METHODS With a selection criteria for patients with breast cancer report of 160 cases treated with randomly were divided into treatment group and control group ， 80 cases in each group. The observation group to gemcitabine in 1 000 mg ／ m2， intravenous infusion of 30min ， DL ， 8 ； 25 mg ／ m2 intravenous infusion of cisplatin ， d 3-5. The control group received Changchun vinorelbine 25 mg ／ m2， DL ， 8 ， dissolved in saline 100 ml ， rapid intravenous infusion ， intravenous infusion of cisplatin 25 mg ／ m2， d 3-5. The 2 groups were treated for 21 days with 1 cycles. Observed patients ’ quality of life ， clinical efficacy and adverse reaction in two groups. RESULTS CR was 37.50% in treatment group ， control group for 35% ， 2 groups had no significant difference （ P ﹥ 0.05 ）. The total efficiency in treatment group was 60% ， 57.50% in control group ， there was no significant difference （P ﹥ 0.05 ）. In two groups ， it showed different degrees of neutropenia ， anemia ， nausea and vomiting ， alopecia ， fever ， liver dysfunction ， renal impairment after the treatment ， but overall ， IIV incidence rate of two groups showed no statistical significance （ P ﹥ 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION Gemcitabine combined with cisplatin and Changchun vinorelbine combined with cisplatin in treatment of advanced breast cancer have an equivalent clinical efficacy and adverse reac tions.
