Instructions

Then cut the kelp into shreds according to your preference (it is possible to get the shredded kelp in market and look around to find some). • Heat up some water in wok and then cook the shredded kelp around 5 minutes. Then move out and wait it to cool down naturally. • Soak the kelp in cold water or just put them in a confined container to put into refrigerator. • Add all the ingredients of sauce in a small bowl. • Pour the chili sauce onto the salad and • garnish chopped spring onion, coriander • and chili peppers on top.
