内容摘要

财务分析是以财务报告资料及其他相关资料为依据，采用一系列的分析方法，对企业等经济组织过去和现在有关筹资活动、投资活动、经营活动、分配

活动的盈利能力、营运能力、偿债能力和增长能力状况等进行分析与评价的经

济管理活动。它为企业的投资者、债权人、经营者及其他关心企业的组织或个

人了解企业过去、评价企业现状、预测企业未来，做出正确决策提供准确的信

息或依据。

本文以上海英科实业有限公司为例，探索如何进行财务分析。本文首先简单阐述了研究的背景、意义、选题原因等，然后简单提出了本文的研究思路和方法。在文章的主体部分中，首先对财务报表分析的理论和框架进行了阐述，包

括财务报表分析的基本概念、种类和作用、意义以及财务报表分析的方法。为

下文的研究奠定基础。接下来，文章以上海英科实业有限公司近四年的财务报

表为例，详细分析了如何利用比率分析法，对各种财务报表进行分析，并利用

着名的杜邦分析体系对报表进行了分析，最后根据分析得出了自己的结论，并

对如何改善提出了一定的建议。希望能为经营者的投资、决策提供参考依据。

Abstract
