胜利南路延长线工 程（金瓯路—南环 路） Extension line project of Shengli S. Road (Jin’ou Road—Nanhuan Road)
项目北起金瓯路与江海区胜利南路相接，终点与礼乐南环路相交，全长3900米，规划 宽度40米，含一座特大桥梁，实施胜利南路延长线将进一步完善我市的城市交通路 网，有效促进市区一体化进程，对加快整个南新区的开发建设、改善南新区居住和商 业环境，促进全市社会经济发展，都有着十分重要的现实意义。 The project starts at Jin’ou Road, connects with Shengli S. Road in Jianghai District and joins Lile S. Road at the end of it, with a total length of 3900m and a planned width of 40m, including an extra-large bridge. The project will further improve the urban transport road network of the city, effectively promote the integration process of the urban areas, drive the development of substantial land along the line and have important significance in boosting the growth of the local economy.
江门高新区公共码头选址拟定在江门高新区9号和18号地，位于江门港主城港区江海作 业区。拟建设10个3000DWT多用途泊位，岸线总长1212m（结构按靠泊5000DWT件 杂货船预留），岸线使用范围位于《江门港总体规划》确定的主城港区江海作业区岸 线，该段岸线规划为多用途码头岸线，使用岸线按50年考虑。根据码头功能定位、货 运量预测及临港产业发展的需求，初定本项目设计年吞吐量为件杂货240万t，集装箱 20万TEU（目前正在调整运量比例，具体运量比例待定）。 The selected site of the project is in plots No. 9 and 18 of Jiangmen High-tech Zone, 江门高新区公共码 which is located in Jianghai operation zone of Jiangmen Port. The proposed construction includes 10 multipurpose berths of 3000DWT and a shoreline of 1212m 头 Public Wharf of in total length (structure reserved for mooring of 5000DWT general cargo vessels). Jiangmen High- The serviceable range of the shoreline is the shoreline of Jianghai Operation Zone of tech Zone Zhucheng port area delimited by the Overall Plan for Jiangmen Port. The section of shoreline is planned to be for multipurpose wharf and the serviceable part of it will be built to meet the needs in 50 years. On the basis of the designed functions of the wharf, the freight volume forecast and the needs for development of port-surrounding industries, the initial design annual throughput of the project is 2.4 million tons of sundry goods and 200,000 TEU containers (proportion of freight volume is under adjustment now and the specific proportion is to be decided).
