装饰纸的色差控制

[摘要]：装饰纸是一种在装饰原纸上印刷上木纹、石纹、竹纹等花纹后，再经过浸渍三聚氰氨，并和耐磨纸一起热压到高、中密度中纤板上，制作成地板、家具等，起装饰和保护作用的纸。装饰纸色差（产品之间的颜色差异）的产生主要在印刷过程中，因受色数较多（一般为3-4色套印）、各色花纹不一及生产过程中人、机、料、法、环、测等众多因素的影响，色差控制难度大、客户投诉多。因此色差控制是众多装饰纸印刷企业争相讨论的话题。

装饰纸色差控制的目的是为了保证每批产品内或批次之间花纹颜色的一致性。其重要性在于满足最终客户对产品色彩的要求，在于满足下游客户产品互换性的要求、在于保障本企业内产品一致性及产品花色的保护。

色差产生的原因及控制方法：

一、人员，主要是配色操作人员的技能和印刷操作人员技能，加强相关人员的理论学习和培训，并以大量的实践来提高人员的技能；

二、设备，印刷机套印准确度、刮刀和印版的稳定性。通过对设备的有效管理，保持设备的精度、提高设备的使用寿命；

三、材料，原纸的色差、原纸的吸墨性、原纸的平滑度、油墨的色偏、油墨在印刷过程中的稳定性等。通过加强对供应商的控制和入厂原材料的检测，尽保证原纸色差、油墨色偏最小，且各种理化性能指标尽可能稳定；

四、工艺技术，工艺技术参数的规范性、标准样的准确度、控制方法的规范性。制定并且有效执行相关的工艺技术规范和适应的管理办法来保持印刷前的色彩管理和印刷过程中，温度、压印力、刮刀位置及压力、印刷速度、标准纸样的稳定；

色差控制的方法，要从主要原因中进行控制，在众多影响色差的原因中，对某一生产企业来讲，有些原因是无法消除或无消除经济价值的；而有些原因是次要原因。本文从目前国内大多数企业现有的条件下对色差控制方法进行论述色差控制
