The Benefits of Sports
As we all know, there is a saying goes that “sport is indispensable to life.” Taking exercise is really beneficial to our physical and mental health. No matter how busy I am, I will always snatch a little time from a busy life to do some sports. Owing to the insistence of doing sports, I have a perfect figure and optimistic mind.
Doing exercise do influence and benefit our life deeply. Except for the benefit of building a healthy body, I believe that there are more advantages of sports. For instance, doing sports helps us escape from pressures and frustration for a while, which comforts us a lot. What’s more, doing sports is exactly a fancy activity which can promote the efficiency of work. You know, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. The more time we spend on finishing work, the smaller results we can get. On the contrary, If we can spare some time to do exercise in the middle of the work, we will get more progress on work eventually. In addition, we can make more friends while we are doing exercise, especially team exercise. Getting together with someone who enjoy sports like us is what a cheerful thing to us. Let us imagine the picture of running on the playground with best friends and playing basketball in the gym with partners, which indicates that we are young and sunshine youth totally.
With the bright sunshine and fresh air, let’s go out to do sports! We can really get something from it!。
