1. EXPORT PACKING AND PRESERVATION REQUIREMENT

出口包装及保存规定

1.1. Hazardous Material 危险物资

Hazardous materials will be packaged, packed, marked, stored and transported in accordance with all applicable laws.

Hazardous materials shall be packed and invoiced separately.

All Hazardous materials must be identified by the appropriate hazardous class, technical or proper shipping name. All invoices and packing lists for Hazardous materials shall contain the following statement:

“This is to certify that the above named materials are properly classed, described, packaged, marked and labeled and is in proper condition for transportation according to the appropriate Government or International transporta tion regulations.”

Vendor shall produce any necessary hazardous cargo certificates, in accordance with the appropriate Government and International transportation regulations for all shipments. On application to the forwarding agent these forms will be supplied for completion.

危险物资应根据所有适用的法律进行打包，包装，标识，储存和运输。危险物资应单独包装并开具发票。

1.2. General Packing Requirements 一般包装要求

1.2.1. Export packages shall be designed and constructed to withstand the hazards of inland and ocean transportation, below and on deck stowage, multiple handling and six months storage at the destination in open yards with all possible climatic conditions and exposure. Special considerations are to be given to the packing to insure that:

出口包装应设计和制造成能够抵御内陆和海上的运输条件，甲板上、下的存放，多点固定并满足在目的地开放暴露厂可能的气候条件下存放6个月。包装时要采取特定的措施满足下列条件：

1) Breakage, damage and theft are prevented

2) Rust and corrosion are inhibited

3) Water intrusion is prevented

5) Ingress of fine sand is prevented

1.2.2. Special packing instructions for specific commodities and/or shipments will take precedence over this specification.

1.2.3. When portions of this specification are not attainable, the best commercial export packing methods to attain comparable protection shall be used. This information should be brought to the attention of CNPC International Ltd.

1.2.4. Should the Manufacturer’s/Vendor’s standard methods of protection and /or export packing provide equal or better protection at the same or less cost, this information should be brought to the attention of CNPC International Ltd..

1.2.5. Manufacturer’s/Vendor’s recommendations, comments and suggestions regarding protection, packing and handling their products are solicited.

1.2.6. In case wooden package is used in packing of the Equipment, the wooden packaging cases or crates shall have undergone anti-parasite and anti-mold treatment and Vendor shall state that package is with IPPC Logo indicating the said activities.

如果设备采用木质箱进行包装，木质包装箱或板条箱应经过抗寄生虫和抗霉菌处理，同时卖方应在包装上显示说明国际植物保护组织标识。

1.3. General Preservation Requirements

1.3.1. In general, application of rust preventatives to alloy and non-corrodible equipment and materials is not required; stainless steel items may require special treatment to prevent deposition of chlorides, especially when exposed to salty atmosphere.
