From the Other Side

While Lara was confident it was black, Tara was sure it was white. Then, they were asked to exchange(交换)their places. They couldn't believe their eyes. Tara, who insisted it was a white board, saw a black one. Similarly, Lara, who argued the board was black, was shocked to see a white one. They understood that each of them was right in her own view.Most of us are like Lara and Tara. We are right most times, but insist that others are wrong!

Western Table Manners

Dinner usually begins with soup. The largest spoon at your place is the soupspoon. It will be beside your plate at the righthand side.
The Fish Course

Bread and Butter
Bread is taken in the fingers and laid on the side plate or the edge of the large plate. Butter is taken from the butter dish with the butter knife.
Leaving the Table
It is impolite for a guest to leave the tab le during a meal.
