1.0 目的Purpose

1.1 为了本企业的环境及职业健康安全管理体系正常有效的运行，保证废水处理站稳定运行，提高废水

处理操作工工作效率，减少污染排放，保护环境的目的，制定本标准。

In order to the enterprise environment and occupational health and safety management

system normal effective operation, ensure the stable operation of wastewater treatment

plant, improve the wastewater treatment operators work efficiency, reduce pollution

emission, the purpose of environmental protection, formulate the standards.

2.0 适用范围Application range

2.1 标准适用于本公司废水处理站操作工的日常运行管理。

This standard applies to wastewater treatment plant operators' daily operation

management.

3.0 操作规程Operating Procedures

3.1 一般要求General requirements

3.1.1 操作人员必须了解废水处理站的处理工艺，熟悉本岗位设备、设施的运行要求和技术指标；

The operator must understand wastewater treatment plant processing process, be

familiar with the post equipment, the facility operation requirements and

technical index;

3.1.2 操作人员应按要求巡视检查设施、设备、仪器和仪表的运行情况；

Operators should be required patrol inspection facilities, equipment,

instruments and instrument operation;

3.1.3 操作人员应对处理水量、泥量以及能源、资源和材料的消耗准确计量；

Operating personnel to deal with water and mud quantity and energy, resources

and materials consumption accurate measurement;

3.1.4 操作人员应按要求做好运行记录，做到记录齐全，填写按时、准确、工整；

3.1.5 操作人员发现运行问题，应及时处理并报告主管。

Operator found running problems, should be handled in time and report to the

competent.

3.2 工艺流程图Process flow diagram

3.3 工艺控制标准Process control standard

3.3.1 格栅 Grid ：

机械格栅为间歇运行，必要时也可

24小时运行。Mechanical grid for intermittent operation, when necessary, can also run 24

hours.

3.3.2 调节池集水井 Collecting well of regulation tank

：需两台以上的污水泵同时工作时，在一台泵开启后至少15分钟，才能开启第二台；
