惠昱：Good morning, everyone. Today, I’ll introduce our proposal to all of you, if you have some question, I’ll give you the time to ask our program manager after my presntaion. Now, please look at our powerpoint. We want to establish a shopping mall on this land. These pictures are the external apperence and internal structure of our shopping mall. We devote ourselves to build a shopping paradise, which will fit the consumers’ demands and make shopping beneficial and varied. Meanwhile,it will lead the economic growth of surrounding industries. The most important point is to stimulate consumption and increase the locial economy. Our planning is that this building will be operated before 2018, and during the construction period, we are intending to attract investment in our shopping mall, and make plenty of advertisements

online and offline for this project. And at the same time, we plan to construct other extra infrastructure, like underground park, ATMs, chemist stores and so on. These constructions will be benificial for our customers when they are shopping.

惠昱: 大家早上好，今天我将向大家介绍我们公司的提案，如果各位有任何疑问，在我介绍完毕之后，我将留有时间让我们公司的项目经理为各位答疑解惑。现在，请大家看向我们的幻灯片。我们想在这块地皮上建立一个大型购物中心。这些图片是我们大型购物中心的外观及内部结构。我们致力于打造一个购物天堂。这个购物天堂能够满足消费者的需要，使购物有益且多样。同时，引领周边产业的发展。最重要的一点是刺激消费，促进当地经济。我们计划在2018之前开业运营，在施工期间，我们会吸引投资到这个项目中，并且为这个项目进行线上线下的宣传推广。同时，我们计划建造其他的基础设施，例如地下停车场、自动取款机、药店等等。这些建筑将会有利于我们的消费者，当他们购物的时候。

浩楠：First of all, it’s surrounding environment, we can see plants around this area,and the roads are neaty and wide,we think these pleasant environment would creat a good consumption mood; besides, it’s population mobility, there are living areas surround this place ,and many people come to our city from other towns ,the population mobility

is not a problem; next, it's the convenient transportation, there has some bus routes through this area,and during our construction, we will set up some stops for taxis,and underground passages,these constructions we will talk with related part in detail; last but not least, it’s the development potentiality,we havd mentioned there are some living areas around here, and our shopping mall has different parts to suit their individual needs,no matter what sex or age，they will be satisfied with our shopping mall. These is our reason why we decide to choose here. Thanks.

浩楠：首先是周围的环境,我们可以看到周围有植被，并且道路宽敞整洁，我们认为这样宜人的环境能够为消费者带来好的消费氛围；其次是人口的流动性，一些小区分布周围，每天都有许多人从其他村镇来到这个城市，人口流动性不是问题；之后是便捷的交通，这有一些公交路线经过，并且在我们建设期间，我们会开设出租车停靠点，地下通道，，这些建设都会和有关部门详细地沟通；最后是发展的潜力，我们之前也提过这有一些居民区，我们的综合购物商城有不同的部分去迎合每个人的需求，不论男女或年龄，他们都会对我们的综合性商城感到满意的，这也就是我们为什么在此选址的原因。谢谢。小学
