The summer holiday which I’m looking forward to is ing. What great fun it is to go fishing! Playing football is one of my hobbies. I can climb high mountains or ride my bicycle. Sometimes I can play chess with my father. How interesting my holiday will be! But my father is always afraid I will be hurt by a truck, fall into the water, or fall off a tree. He is also afraid I will fight against others or be kidnapped by bad men. But if I’m careful and polite enough, how could these things happen? What’s more, I think it is impossible for parents to keep their children in a cage like birds for safety. I must try my best to persuade my father.

About Examination

I don't remember how many examinations I've taken since I began my schooling. To tell the truth， I don't like examinations at all. I dare say that， in fact， no student likes examinations.

We often hear people say “Examinations are teachers' magic weapon”， so most of us may think it is our teachers who

give us students so many examinations. But I don't think so. Almost all of them have once been students before they became teachers. We don't like examinations， and neither do our teachers， which may be reasonably concluded. What's more， the more examinations we take， the more time will be taken from our teachers and the more trouble our teachers have to take.

It is the system in our country， I think， that gives us students so many examinations. If there were no entrance examinations， and all the students could go up to the higher grades without petition， there would not be so many examinations in primary and middle schools. So it is important and necessary to reform the test system. Only in this way can examinations be greatly reduced， and then all the students will be happier.

Inter is now one of the best forms of media, with its swiftness and interactivity. Inter is being the foundation of our modern society.

With the assistance of Inter, more people can now municate with one another more freely and quickly. Inter also serves to be a great source of wisdom and creation. It is already being the electronic library of the future, giving vent to creativity and ingenuity unparalleled in human history. But Inter is a double-bladed sword. Its ability to distribute information and connect people around the world is often abused by us. Junk mail proliferates the Inter. Every year, many young people are deceived by their online friends…… The damage we have suffered from Inter is also too severe to recover.

Indeed, Inter aess connects many of us to a world of information at the touch of a button. Inter is such an integral part of our life. In order to have Inter serve us human-beings well, we must not take its negative sides for granted. Web sites, especially the web sites available to the young children, must be strictly censored. It’s time we took effective measures to minimize the side effects of Inter.
