电动调节阀的结构与工作原理一、电动调节阀的结构1、电动调节阀的基本结构电动调节阀上部是执行机构,接受调节器输出的0~10mADC或4~20mADC信号,并将其转换成相应的直线位移,推动下部的调节阀动作,直接调节流体的流量。
各类电动调节阀的执行机构基本相同,但调节阀(调节机构)的结构因使用条件的不同类型很多,的是直通单阀座和直通双阀座两种。
2、电动执行机构的基本结构其电动执行器主要是由相互隔离的电气部分和传动部分组成,电机作为连接两个隔离部分的中间部件。
电机按控制要求输出转矩,通过多级正齿轮传递到梯形丝杆上,梯形丝杆通过螺纹变换转矩为推力。
因此梯形螺杆通过自锁的输出轴将直线行程传递到阀杆。
执行机构输出轴带有一个防止传动的止转环,输出轴的径向锁定装置也可以做动位置指示器。
输出轴止动环上连有一个旗杆,旗杆随输出轴同步运行,通过与旗杆连接的齿条板将输出轴位移转换成电信号,提供给智能控制板作为比较信号和阀位反馈输出。
同时执行机构的行程也可由齿条板上的两个主限位开关开限制,并由两机械限位保护。
3、执行机构工作原理电动执行机构是以电动机为驱动源、以直流电流为控制及反馈信号。
当控制器的输入端有一个信号输入时,此信号与位置信号进行比较,当两个信号的偏差值大于规定的死区时,控制器产生功率输出,驱动伺服电动机转动使减速器的输出轴朝减小这一偏差的方向转动,直到偏差小于死区为止。
此时输出轴就稳定在与输入信号相对应的位置上。
4、控制器结构控制器由主控电路板、传感器、带LED操作按键、分相电容、接线端子等组成。
智能伺服放大器以专用单片微处理器为基础,通过输入回路把模拟信号、阀位电阻信号转换成数字信号,微处理器根据采样结果通过人工智能控制软件后,显示结果及输出控制信号。
在过程控制系统中,执行器接受调节器的指令信号,经执行机构将其转换成相应的角位移或直线位移,去操纵调节机构,改变被控对象进、出的能量或物料,以实现过程的自动控制。

● 检查两端死区(要求≤4%)⑴ 阀全开时,缓慢减少控制信号,使绿灯由亮到灭,继续微调控制信号直至阀开始关动作,观察此时控制信号显示值≥19.36mA 范围内即可。
⑵ 阀全关时,缓慢增加控制信号,使红灯由亮到灭,继续微调控制信号直至阀开始开动作,观察此时控制信号显示值≤4.64mA 范围内即可。
⑶ 若达不到要求重复进行“调整信号与阀位对应”步骤● 调整阀位反馈与信号的对应(若不需要反馈信号时可以不用进行此步骤调整)需要4mA ~20mA 反馈信号4mA ~20mA 时调整:⑴将阀全关后,微调W3,使Y=0.0mA ;⑵将阀全开后,微调W4,使Y=16.0mA ;⑶将阀全关后,微调W3,使Y=4.0mA ;⑷将阀全开时,Y= 20mA-0.64mA (10V-0.4V),阀位全关时Y=4.0mA +0.8mA (2V+0.4V)如有偏差,微调W3或W4使之为满足要求。

流体会从管道进入调节阀,阀体上有一个阀芯。
这个阀芯其实就像个“调皮”的小家伙,随着不同的控制信号,它会往上移或者往下移,就像你按下电梯按钮,电梯会根据楼层来上下走动一样。
调节阀的“控制信号”来源可不是你按的按钮,而是阀门上方的执行器。
执行器就像一个“大脑”,根据你给它的“指令”调整阀芯的位置,从而实现对流体流量的控制。
你可能会想,这个阀芯可真灵活啊,能上下跑来跑去。
不过,阀芯也得在阀座里走得稳才行。
如果它跑偏了,可能会造成泄漏或者不稳定的流量控制,这就是套筒导向的作用啦!它给阀芯提供了一个稳定的“轨道”,让它在移动时不容易发生偏移。
可以想象一下,如果没有这个套筒导向,阀芯就像没有指引的小船,可能在管道里东撞西碰,怎么控制流量啊?所以说,套筒导向是确保阀芯稳定运行的“保驾护航”角色。

The dynamic balancing function maintains a constant differential pressure over the control valve. The control valve regulates the flow by means of a variable orifice which is controlled by the actuator. 可对阀门实行远控、集控和自动控制。
广泛用于电力、冶金、石油、化工、造纸、污水处理等行业。
本产品的性能符合JB/T8528-1997《普通型阀门电动装置技术条件》的规定。
隔爆型的性能符合GB3836.1-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第1部分:通用要求》,GB3836.2-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第2部分:隔爆型“d”》及JB/T8529-1997《隔爆型阀门电动装置技术条件》的规定。
