摘要

东旭集团有限公司(TUNGHSU GROUP),是一家集光电显示、高端装备制造、新能源以及金融、证券、地产、新型城镇化建设为一体的多元化企业集团,历来十分重视对销售市场的培育和管理,但是随着生产规模和销售市场的逐步扩大,在对销售数据的处理中常常会出现信息和数据不准确,管理效率低下的问题,销售市场瞬息万变,要求信息反馈速度快,信息量大,数据准确,目前的销售管理的手工操作方式早已不适应企业的发展,因此有必要采用现代计算机技术设计一套科学有效的销售管理系统。

该系统在技术路线上采用B/S模式搭建,基于.NET框架,C#语言进行程序开发,开发技术为技术,数据库选择Sql Server 2008,最终实现了由产品管理模块、订单管理模块、合同管理模块、销售报表模块、客户信息管理模块以及系统管理模块六大模块组成的企业产品销售管理系统,通过系统的实现,成功的将企业的产品的信息管理、订单信息的管理维护,合同信息的增加和修改以及客户的管理等各涉及销售的业务环节实现了电子化处理,同时还提供销售报表的分析与统计功能,为领导的销售管理决策提供一定的辅助支持作用。

本文首先对东旭集团销售系统的需求进行分析,然后根据需求分析的结果,从系统的体系结构、软件结构、网络拓扑结构、系统功能模块和数据库五个方面完成了系统的总体设计,在此基础上,对系统的各主要功能模块进行了详细地设计,最后介绍了系统的开发环境,以及系统主要功能模块的实现内容。

本系统的成功实现,很好的解决了东旭集团原有的管理销售方法环节混乱,常常丢失数据信息,工作效率低下等诸多问题,使销售管理更加科学规范,工作效率大幅提升,达到了统一管理产品销售的最终目标。本文含有图66幅,表15个,参考文献30篇。

ABSTRACT

Tunghsu group Co., Ltd. (TUNGHSU GROUP) is a set optoelectronic, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy, and financial, securities, real estate, construction of new urbanization as one of the diversified conglomerate, which has always attached great importance to the cultivation and management of the sales market, with the gradual expansion of production scale and sales market, the problem of data information inaccurate and inefficient management often appeared in data processing. Sales management is characterized by rapid renewal, feedback fast, informative, the current sales management had not suited to the development of enterprises, so it is very necessary to use modern computer technology to design a scientific and effective sales management system.

The system was built on the basis of B/S mode in the technical route, it was developed through framework, C# language. its development technology was the technology, and its database was Server Sql 2008. Finally sales management was realized, which included the following six aspects: Product management module, order management module, contract management module, sales report module, customer information management module and system management module. Through the implementation of system, business process involved to sales including product information management, order information management and maintenance, changes and modifications of contract, customer management and etc. realized the electronic processing successfully, meanwhile the system also can analysis and statistical of sales reports, which can help the leader of the company make the right sales management decisions.

The paper deeply analyzed the demand of the Sales System of DX Group, based on the result of demand analysis, the overall design of system was completed from system architecture, software architecture, network topology, system function modules and database; on the basis, the main function modules were designed in detail; Finally, development environment was introduced, as well as implementing content of the main function modules.

In general, the successful implementation of system can well resolve some problems of tunghsu group, such as sales management confusion, date loss, work inefficiency and so on, which standardizes sales management processes and improves the work efficiency, It also can reach the ultimate goal of unified sales management.
