内容摘要

在当前全球化的背景下，国有企业发展面临着诸多挑战，其本身也有很多需要完善的地方，尤其是要提升企业的核心竞争力，同时拓宽企业的发展道路，完善企业的发展战略。在当前激烈的国际化竞争中，在急剧变化的市场环境下，企业如何生存发展并取得胜利很大程度取决于企业的核心竞争力，然而企业核心竞争力要怎么理解？怎样提高？是本文要探讨的问题。

本文解释了什么是企业核心竞争力，有哪些特征，怎样去分析。再从企业培养核心竞争力的重要性和迫切性入手，分析了我国企业的生存与发展现状，面临的危机，结合企业核心竞争力理论，剖析了企业核心竞争力与企业发展的关系，提出了培育和提升企业核心竞争力的四项措施。这些措施包括加大核心技术创新力度，提高科研创新能力，建立规范的现代企业制度，提高企业管理水平，加强企业文化建设提升核心竞争力，实行专业化、集团化经营战略等。

Abstract

In the current under the background of globalization, the state-owned enterprise development faces many challenges, it also has a lot to perfect places, especially to the promotion enterprise's core competitiveness, but also broaden enterprise development road, perfecting enterprise development strategies. In the current fierce international competition, in a rapidly changing market environment, the development of enterprises to survive and win a large extent depends on the core competitiveness of enterprises; however, the core competitiveness of enterprises should be how to understand? How to improve? This article will explore it.

This article explains what a core competitiveness of enterprises is, what features is, how to analyze. Then from the core competitiveness of enterprises to train the importance and urgency of this paper analyzes the survival of our enterprises and the development status and opportunities facing the crisis, combined with core competence theory, the analysis of the

enterprise's core competitiveness and enterprise development, the relationship between proposed foster and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in the four measures. These measures include increasing the core technology innovation, improve research and innovation capacity, establish standardized modern enterprise system, and improve enterprise management level, strengthening the corporate culture to enhance core competitiveness, the implementation of specialized group management strategy.
