Liability and Principal’s Delay in Start -up Insurance

IN CONSIDERATION of the Insured named in the Schedule having paid or agreed to pay on the due dates the Premium shown in the Schedule to the Insurance Companies named herein (hereinafter called the "Insurer")，the Insurers severally agree each for the proportion set against its name and subject to the terms and conditions contained herein or endorsed hereon that if during the Period of Insurance stated in the Schedule or during any further period or periods in respect of which the Insured shall have paid or agreed to pay and Insurers shall have agreed to accept additional premium, the Insured shall sustain loss or damage or shall incur liability in the circumstances provided for by this Policy and defined herein, the Insurers shall indemnify the Insured in the manner hereinafter described.

鉴于（本保险单）明细表列明的被保险人已经向此处列明的保险公司（以下简称“保险人”）支付了或同意按照约定日期支付本保险单明细表列明的保险费，如果在本保险单明细表列明的保险期或被保险人已支付或同意支付且保险人同意接受附加保险费后顺延的保险期内遭受本保险单所承保的损失或赔偿责任，所有保险人均同意按照本保险单规定的条件、条款及方式以及其分别承保的比例赔偿被保险人的上述损失。

Permanent Works shall include without limitation all permanent structures or work intended to perform a continuing function after completion and any other work contractually required to be executed and maintained in accordance with the relevant

2. Permanent Plant永久设备

Permanent Plant shall mean all or any part of the machinery,

apparatus, equipment, materials, components, articles, spares and

all other items forming part of or intended to form part of the

Project Insured to be supplied, delivered, erected, installed,

tested and commissioned by the Contractor and Suppliers under the

various contract(s).

For the purpose of this insurance a Permanent Steam Generating Unit

shall comprise the boiler casing boiler economizer super-heater

re-heater and any other equipment normal to a Steam Generating Unit

but in any event not beyond the limits of the boiler stop valve

and the delivery end of the boiler feed pump.

4. Steam Turbine Generator蒸汽涡轮发电机

For the purpose of this insurance a Steam Turbine Generator shall

comprise the steam turbine and generator complete including

exciter and generator cooling plant but not beyond the limits of

the inlet steam stop-valve generator terminals or condenser steam

inlet point.

5. Temporary Works临时工程
