重要提示:关于流量计:本仪表的测量介质是导电性的液体或液固两相介质,其电导率不能低于5μs/cm(相当于软化水的电导率,一般的自来水、原水的电导率约为100μs/cm~500μs/cm)。
因此各种酸、碱、盐溶液、泥浆、矿浆、聚合物、污水、清水、自来水等都可以用电磁流量计测量。
而非导电介质如纯酒精、纯丙酮、油类物质等不能用电磁流量计测量。
测量介质中不能含有较多的铁磁物质和大量气泡。
使用中应保证测量管内充满液体,以免影响计量的准确性,并定期清除测量管内的结垢。

2 功能和特性
2.1 应用范围 本设备可用于监控液体及气体介质的流量。 2.2 流量监控的工作原理 • 本设备采用量热原理,可检测流速并切换输出功能: -- 如果有介质流动,则关闭输出功能/如果无介质流动,则开启输出功能。 本设备交货时功能设定如下: 输出功能 = 常开。 如有需要,可将输出功能更改 为常闭 (→ 7.2)。 此时适用於: 如果有介质流动,则开启输出功能。 • 如果流速加快,且达到开关点时,开关状态将会改变。 • 如果流速再次减慢,且达到“开关点的迟滞还原”值时,开关状态将会改变。 迟滞状态随流速而改变,且主要受所设监控范围的影响。 设定范围为 5...100 cm/s (= 出厂设定)时,迟滞范围为 2...5 cm/s,流速加快 时迟滞值将增大。 • 设备的标准反应时间为 1...10 秒。 反应时间受开关点设定的影响: -- 低开关点 = 流量增加时快速反应。 -- 高开关点 = 流量减少时快速反应。

6.2 高流量调节(可选) 设备会将现有流量视为正常流量,并改变显示的指示状态(除开关点 LED 外,所 有 LED 呈绿色亮起)。 ►► 安装时,使用正常的流量环流。 不放。 ►► 按住按钮 >> LED 9 亮起,约 5 秒后开始闪烁。 ►► 释放按钮。 此时,设备已按流量条件调节。 设备进入工作模式,显示如示例 1 所示。 注意: 所作调节将影响开关点状态: 它将相应地增加(最高将达到 LED 7)。 CN 远程调节 → 7.5。

2 结构特征及工作原理2.1 工作原理:V型锥流量计是一种通过节流取差压以反映流量大小的节流装置。
节流件为一个悬挂在管道中央的锥形体,高压P1取自锥体前流体未扰动(即未形成节流,流体未加速)的管壁;低压P2取自后锥体中央,并通过引压管引至管外,其差压△P的平方根与流量成正比。
计算与孔板、喷咀等类似。

1、安装环境及条件 1)传感器部件中的流量计应安装在 与其公称通径相应的管道上; 2)流量计应该尽可能的安装在没有 机械振动管道的管道止,如果不得 已安装时,可加装软管过渡,或者 在流量上下游2D处加装管道固定 支撑点并加防震垫; 3)传感器的安装位置应远离强电磁 场源,如大功率变送器、电动机等 4)传感器应避免安装在温度较高、 受设备热辐射或含有腐蚀性气体的 场所,若必须安装时须有隔热通风 措施。

1、管道口径 管道口径即为传感 器口径,仪表内有20、25、32、40 、50、65、80、100、125、150、 200、250、300mm共13种口径大小 供客户选用,用户选定管道口径后, 仪表自动确定流量量程和仪表系数的 小数点位置。 2、流体类型 流体类型中有三种 方式,0—液体,1—气体,2—蒸汽 ,用户可根据实际测量介质选择。用 户选定流体介质后,仪表自动确定流 体密度的小数点位置。 3、测量频率上限 测量频率 上限指在用户流量范围内,涡街传感 器的振动频率上限,涡街流量计的测 量频率上限共有46、57、67、82、 93、106、123、148、185、247、 370、555、634、740、888、1110
6、观察AD输入电压 该功能用 以检查AD采样电压。功能码显示为6 时,按下执行后,功能码闪烁显示, 此时按加或减即可显示。 7、调自检点 该功能用以设置自 检值,对应自检功能。需设置时,按 下遥控器功能键后,按遥控器加减键 ,使第一位数码管显示7,再按下执 行后,功能码闪烁显示,即进入调节 模式,可按加或减对自检值进行调节 8、复位 功能码显示为8时 ,按遥控器执行键后,功能码闪烁显 示,此时按加或减都可将传感器主机 复位。 9、刻度流量 功能码显示为9, 按遥控器执行键后,功能码闪烁显示 ,此时按加或减,将流量调至满刻度 值。六种口径的传感器测量气体和液 体的量程对应关系如右图所示

1. 概述
1.1 产品特点 GLW30 是天地(常州)自动化股份有限公司开发的一款数字化气体流量传感器,它内部采用恒 功率技术的传感器驱动方式和高精度仪用放大器以及 DC-DC 电源的一体化设计。适用于煤矿、石 油、化工、钢铁冶金、电力、轻工、医药、环保等工业部门的瓦斯气、空气、氧气、氮气、氩气、氦 气、烃类气体、二氧化碳气、一氧化碳气、天然气、煤气、烟道气等的监测。 该产品可替代孔板,文丘里管,阿牛巴等流量计。其特点是可靠性高,重复性好,压损小,无可 动部件,量程比宽,响应速度快,测量精度高,无须温压补偿。特别在大管径,低流速,流量范围变 化大及特小流量测量方面具有明显优势。 GLW30 独特的温度差测量方式克服了采用恒温差原理的气体流量传感器测量煤气流量时因煤气中 含水、油和杂质而造成的很大的零点漂移,导致无法测量的弊端。它也可以用于测量湿气体的质量流 量,如矿井下送风,排风系统中的风量(速)的实时检测。 1.2 防爆型式 矿用本质安全型,传感器本体部分防爆标志为“Ex ib ⅠMb” ,传感器探头部分防爆标志为“Ex ia ⅠMb” 。 1.3 命名 G L

九、运输、贮存 1.在运输过程中不允许碰撞或重压,并应防止雨水侵入。 2.不使用时,应存放在温度(-40~60)℃ ,相对湿度小于 80%,通风良好,无腐蚀气 体的库房内;长期不使用时,应包装存放,搬动中避免剧烈振动和冲击。

单片机对测量模块采集的数据进行运算处理后,根据当前输出信号制式和介质流 量值,计算出对应输出数字量驱动输出电路,输出相应信号。 5. 红外遥控接收电路
红外线接收电路由一体化红外接收译码集成电路组成构成,当该电路收到红外光 脉冲后,接收器将光编码信号转换成串行电信号送单片机进行处理,完成各项操作。
传感器的外壳为不锈钢外壳,机壳外表面抛光,结构坚固耐腐蚀。 3. 电路板
