1.What is your success of leadership experience depend upon another person/or others?

As you know, our department’s main business is insurance core system and my duty is business requirement analysis.

In 2009, I lead my team to commu nicate with customers business needs, propose solutions for business needs. As our team's efforts, the project is very good in customer demand management, and I get the reward outstanding employees of the department.

2.What is your failure in experience, and what can you learn from this?

In high school ,my grade have always been in top ten, if I can play as normal I can enter first undergraduate at least. But because I do not have a good attitude adjustment, I did not do well in college entrance examination, only admitted to a general university.

Through this, so I know a good state of mind, absolute self-confidence and good health is fundamental to success. Make me pay more attention to the transformation of world view. I believe a positive optimistic attitude, persistent, and there will be good results.

My goal is to become useful to society, and take society responsibility and family responsibility

My career goal is to apply my experience and education to a position of consultant in a world famous management consulting firm like Mckinsey&company, Accenture and so on.

I want to be a consultant, focusing on insurance, medical and health information management industry trends and systematic construction .

6.What is your last mistake? How did you handle it?

The last mistake that I have made was misunderstood my parents. My Father made a surgery, and I only learned after the fact. I blame the parents did not tell me in advance. the truces is that they are afraid I am worried. but I misunderstood their intentions and blame them for this.

At last, I understand them and I expressed my regret to them.

7.What is your most successful idea?

The biggest setback of me I have ever met in my work, is (the first reporting task). (The second week after I became a journalist, I receive a task of going on a business trip by myself.
