requires activation by being fully charged.StorageBatteries do not like to be stored in very hot or very cold conditions or to be subject to conditions of high moisture.They also do not like to be left in a fully discharged state.If Lithium batteries are left flat for an extended period they may no longer be functional.•Store your battery between 15ºC and 25ºC in a dry area.(The conditions found in a normal domestic house).•If your Batribike is not in use for an extended period it is imperative that you charge the battery before storage and then charge the battery once a month to prevent deterioration.ChargingLithium batteries do not like to be left discharged.It is good practice to recharge as soon as isWe way next •••••••BATTERY CARE &CHARGINGYour Batribike Electric Bicycle uses a Lithium battery for it's power and the following points will directly affect battery life and performance.7 has a second lightbattery.8UsageYour BATRIBIKE electric bicycle has a choice of display options available.For the OMEGA the LED type is fitted as standard to the bike.LED DisplaySee page 10for operationThe operation of the LED system provides adjustable SPEED in five selectable steps.Level 1powers up to 6mph,whilst level 5powers up to 15mph.Each level operates at up to full power,and power cuts out at the selected speedlevel.9See separate manual for this upgrade.The operation of the Mini LCD system has four selectable POWER levels.Level1gives25%of the power,level2-50%up to level4, 100%power.Speed range is from0to15mph in all levels.This is available as an easy to fit upgrade.Centre LCDSee separate manual for this upgrade.The Centre LCD system provides more power levels than the Mini LCD and a larger display makes it easier to read.This is available as an easy to fit upgrade.10LED OperationTo use under electric power,press and hold the DOWN button on the handlebar LED display until the green lights are seen.Switching OnTo turn off the LED and the power to the bike,press and hold the DOWN button for 2seconds.If the power is left on for an extended period and the bike is not used,thenthe power will automatically be turned off.Switching OffControl ButtonsBy means of the three buttons,UP,DOWN and 6Km/h,onthehandlebar mounteddisplay unit,the various functions of the power controller can be utilised.See the following sections for details.11Bicycle LightsYour BATRIBIKE Electric Bicycle is supplied with powerful LED lights on the front and rear.The rear light is switched on whenever the bicycle power is turned on via the display.The front light is activated by pressing and holding the UP button on the handlebardisplay.To turn the front light off,again press and hold the UP button.charge remaining in the battery.The indicators will gradually go out as the battery power is used up.Refer to the table below fordetails.12Pedal AssistancePlease remember that the above values are provided as a guide.Due to manufacturing tolerances the performance may vary.There are 5levels of pedal assistance available from the ing the UP and DOWN buttons you can select from Level 1(Lowest),to Level 5(Highest).The motor will then be activated uponpedalling.PEDAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE MOTORLEVEL RANGE /SPEEDProvides maximum power when negotiating hills and head winds.Great when needing to simply get from A to B as fast as possible.Great for commuting to work.EXAMPLE OF USAGENormal Use Mode.These are the levels to use for everyday cycling.Gives good performance whilst maximising usable range per charge.Best for Leisure Use.Use these lower power levels when negotiating busy cycle paths andcrowded areas.Also use when setting off and gradually increase through the levels for a smoother performance.Ideal for negotiating obstacles.up to 24miles (15mph)up to 28miles (12mph)up to 42miles (8mph)up to 52miles (6mph)up to 34miles (10mph)up to 39km (25km/h)up to 45km (20km/h)up to 55km (16km/h)up to 67km (13km/h)up to 84km (10km/h)RANGE SHOWN WITH STANDARD BATTERY13Weather and terrain will affect the performance.In hilly areas,or when the bike is heavily loaded,there will be a significant increase in the power used from the battery and hence the range will decrease accordingly.A lightly loaded bike will achieve higher performance levels.(These results were obtained by test riders in optimalconditions -75kg rider,level ground,no wind).Your BATRIBIKE bicycle has a Walk Assist Mode.This is designed to propel the bike under power at a low speed of 6km/h (4MPH)and is ideal to help you when pushing the bike up steep hills.It is not designed for prolonged use or whilst riding.This feature only operates whilst the button is pressed.Assisted Walking Mode (6km/h)THEN HOLDIf the assistance level is set to ZERO,then the motor will not be turned on.Your BATRIBIKE will now act and feel like a normal bicycle.This is useful when you are feeling fit at the start of a journey or using your bike forexercise purposes.Power is still only a button press away.No Assistance -Normal PedalBicycle14TROUBLESHOOTINGIf an error occurs the LED display will show a code by flashing the first battery light.Make a note of the number of flashes and turn off the bicycle power at both the LCD and the battery switch.After 2minutes turn on the power again.If the code re-occurs contact your dealer for assistance.Diagnostic Error MessagesFirst Never dispose of batteries in a fire or subject to puncture or crushing.STANDARD BICYCLE FUNCTIONSGearsYour BATRIBIKE is provided with7speed Shimano Nexus hub gears with RevoShift gear change.To change gear you use the right handlebar twist selector.Gear number1is low for hills and rough terrain and gear7is high for normal road use.An indicator window shows the selected gear. To increase the gear simply twist the half grip towards you with your right hand.To decrease the gear twist the half grip away from you.You do not have to be pedalling as you change gears.UPDOWNINDICATORWINDOW1617 BrakingTo stop,cease pedalling and pull the brake levers.BellA bell is attached to the handlebars.Side StandTo put the bicycle on its stand:-1)While holding the bicycle upright,push the standdownwards to its full extent.2)Lean the bicycle over onto the stand.Make sure bicycle is on solid ground.Luggage RackThe luggage rack provided is designed to carry a maximumload of25kg.Make sure that any items carried are securelystrapped and nothing is able to get caught in the rear wheel. All other operations of your BATRIBIKE Electric Bicycle are asper a normal pedal cycle.18Seat and Handlebar heightsThe height of the saddle and the handlebars can be adjusted to suit the rider.If you do not feel confident with making theseadjustments then your BATRIBIKE Dealer will be able to set up the bikeinitially.The saddle can also be adjusted frontwards or backwards on itsmount.Take care with all fasteners after adjustment to ensure that they are safely tightened to avoid movement andpotential injury whilst riding.The saddle height isadjusted by loosening the seat post clamp and moving the post up or down as desired.Take care not to exceed the limit marked on the post.19The handlebars can be adjusted in a similar manner by loosening the Allen Bolt in the recess on the handlebars and moving up or down,then retightening.Take care not to exceed the limit marked on the stem.The handlebar rake angle can be adjusted to suit the rider.Loosen the Allen Bolt located below the riser.The handlebar rotation angle can be adjusted in a similar manner by loosening the two Allen bolts located at the top of the riser where it meets the handlebar.Take care with all fasteners after adjustment to ensure that they are safely tightened to avoid movement and potential injury whilst riding.MAINTAINANCE SCHEDULEMaintaining your bicycle ensures you’ll get the most out of every ride and out of the entire life of your BATRIBIKE electric bike.How much of your bike’s maintenance you can do yourself will depend on your knowledge,skill, experience and whether you have the necessary tools for the job.Beyond this manual,it is good to consult your BATRIBIKE dealer for advice if you are at all unsure about any of the procedures described.Normal maintenance is not covered under the warranty and this service may be chargeable.Before every ride●Mechanical safety checks,(see notes on page2).Use a fullycharged battery.Visual inspection for damage.After every ride(or WEEKLY)●Clean the bike,including chain rings and sprocket.Clean andlightly oil the chain and gears.●This must be carried out after every ride in dusty,marine orwinter conditions due to the salt laden atmosphere.Every20-30hours of riding(or MONTHLY if sooner)●Squeeze the brakes and rock the bike to check for anylooseness of the headset or brake mechanisms with each forward orbackward movement.If any are loose,have your dealer check it.●Lift the front wheel and turn handlebars left and right to check fortightness of steering.If tightness is detected it may be necessary tolubricate bearings and/or adjust the headset.●Check and adjust the brakes,replace if worn out.●Squeeze spokes in adjoining pairs between your thumb andindex finger.They all should have the same tension.Have your dealer re-spoke ortrue the wheel if necessary.●Check cables for rust,kinks and fraying,have your dealerreplace them if necessary.●Check wheel bearings for play and adjust/lubricate if necessary2021After 3,000miles (5,000km)(orYEARLY if sooner)●General inspectionWe recommend you arrange to have a thorough inspection of your bicycle by a BATRIBIKE dealer.Tyre PressuresThe tyres should be pumped up to within the range stated on the sidewall.This should be regularly checked as running with the correct pressures will ensure maximum range from the battery.Repairing a punctured tyreIf you have a punctured tyre,we recommend that you get a specialist to carryout the repairs.You can always of course consult a specialist and carry out the repairs on your own if you are confident that you have the necessary skills.As there are no electronic components on the rear wheel,it's removal follows standard procedures as with normal bicycles.If you need to remove the front wheel then the motor can be unplugged to aid disassembly.The plug is located on the left front fork as shown.Take care when re-assembling the plug to ensure that the two arrows arealigned correctly.Remember to ensure that the In doing so, we believe that you have chosen the finest suspension products in the world. FOX shocks have been designed, tested and manufactured in the USA for more than 40 years.As a consumer and supporter of FOX products, you need to be aware of the importance of setting upyour shocks correctly to ensure maximum performance. This manual provides step- by-step instructionson how to set-up and maintain your shocks. It is a good idea to keep your proof of purchase with this manual and refer to it for service and warranty issues.This manual does not contain step-by-step shock rebuild instructions. Rebuilding should be carried outby an authorized FOX service technician.CONSUMER SAFETYWARNING: Riding a Snowmobile can be dangerous and can result in DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY.Take responsibility for yourself and others seriously, and read the following safety tips: - Keep your vehicle and its suspension systems in optimal working condition.- Always wear protective clothing, eye protection and a helmet.- Know your limits and ride within them!The FOX2.0 ZERO QS3-R shock contains a high-pressure nitrogen charge. The shock should only be opened by a FOX technician.WARNING: Opening a nitrogen pressurized shock can be dangerous and can result in SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. NEVER attempt to disassemble the damper of your 2.0 ZERO QS3-R shock. Do not puncture or incinerate the shock absorber damper portion. Always wear eye protection when installing or adjusting your shock absorber.UNDERSTANDING THE 2.0 ZERO QS3-RFOX 2.0 ZERO QS3-R shock absorbers set the industry standard for performance and du r ability.Equipped with external QS3 compression adjuster and a rebound adjuster, inside is a high performance, velocity-sensitive, shimmed damping system. The dampers contain high pressure nitrogen gas andFOX high viscosity index shock oil separated by an Internal Floating Piston system. This helps to ensure consistent, fade-free damping in most riding conditions.FOX 2.0 ZERO QS3-R shocks are built using 6061-T6 aluminum for lightweight and strength.The chromed damper shaft is super-finished for low friction and long seal life. All of the seals andwipers are engineered specifically for the FOX 2.0 ZERO QS3-R shocks . Push down on the front bumper 3 times to set tle the front end.Measure the ground clearance of the stock vehicle with the rider on board, from the low point or a structural part of the chassis. (Bottom of lower A-Arm m ount)This will be measurement A = 9.000” This measurement is known as ride height.M easure the ride height with the intended rider and gear on board the vehicle.Step 2 Raise the front end up until the shocks fully extend or the ski s are just about to come off the floor.Re-measure from the previous point on the chassis to the ground.This will be measurement B (Example 10.125”) Full ExtensionStep 3 B - A = Sag Example 10.125” - 9.000” = 1.125” of SagUse this measurement to set up your FOX 2.0 ZERO QS3-RFull Extension – Ride Height = SagOptimal s ag may vary, depending on your vehicle, rider weight and usage.1.800.FOX.SHOX INSTALLING YOUR SHOCKSIf you do not have the proper equipment, tools, floor jack or jack stand, torque wrench, ratchet socket set with wrench set and abilities to correctly install your shock, have the shock absorbers installed by a professional technician. Your shock absorbers come supplied with the correct reducers, pre-installed to mount to your vehicle.WARNING: CONTACT FOX IF THESE REDUCERS DO NOT FIT CORRECTLY. CORRECT SHOCK MOUNTING IS CRITICAL FOR CORRECT OPERATION AND FOR YOUR SAFETY.WARNING: DO NOT REMOVE RESERVOIR NITROGEN FILLER CAP OR ATTEMPT TO CHANGE NITROGEN PRESSURE. DAMAGE TO SHOCK ABSORBER CAN OCCUR.Shock absorbers equipped with rebound adjust and compression adjust (low speed an high speed) are preset. I t is recommended that you check the settings by counting the number of full clicks in,turning the adjuster clockwise until it stops. Back the adjuster out the same number of full clicks you turned the adjuster in. Note these settings in TUNING NOTES Section.FOX 2.0 ZERO QS3-R Step 4 Ensure that your snowmobile is safely supported with a floor jack or jack stand with the skis off theStep 5 Torque the original hardware to the manufacturer’s specifications. The FOX 2.0 ZERO QS3-R shocksdo come with the pre-load pres et , but it is recommended that you make sure the pinch bolt on thepreload ring is hand tight using a 5/32" allen wrench on initial setup , before riding.ground. The suspension should be fully extended before removing the stock shocks. Your spring force should be near its optimal setting. If you feel that the front of the vehicle is too low w hile you are riding, increase the spring preload by 2 turns . If the vehicle is too high, decrease the spring preload by 2 turns . If you feel that you are passing through your available travel too quickly on big bumps or have too much roll in corners, try increasing the spring preload by 2 turns . If you feel that you are not fully utilizing your available travel or the sled does not roll over easy in corners (deep snow powder turns), try decreasing the spring preload by 2 turns .REBOUND ADJUSTRebound Adjuster sThe r ebound a djust feature on your FOX 2.0 ZERO QS3-R shocks gives you the ability to externally adjust the shock 's rebound damping. Adjustments are made by turning the knob or the flat blade screw driver slot on the e yelet , located on the end of the shock absorber.For slower rebound, turn the knob/screw clockwise.The rebound adjuster has about 20 clicks of adjustment. The factory setting is 12 clicks out. The performance of the shock at this setting is close to the performance of the non-adjustable shock and is a good all-around setting.The rebound damping affects how quickly the shock extends (rebounds). This adjustment affects how quickly the ski s rebound when traveling through a series of large bumps and how quickly the front end responds in a corner.The optimum rebound setting is usually found with the minimum damping required to give acceptablecontrol. Excessive rebound damping will typically be felt as the "s uspension packing ". This can often beseen or felt as the vehicle travels through a series of similar-sized, successive bumps. It works well for the first two or three bumps and then bottoms hard on the third or fourth. 自行车使用说明书一.免费修理保证之内容1. 在下列保证期间内,如果您购买的自行车在依照使用说明书内容的正常使用状态下发生故障,可向原购车的专卖店要求本保证书范围内的完善售后服务。
车架―自购车起5年内免费修理。
一般零件如:前叉,钢圈,座垫,座垫杆,前变速器,后变速器,变速把手,飞轮,牙盘,连体曲柄,主轴,前花鼓,后花鼓,车把,车把竖杆,链条,前刹车,后刹车,刹车把手,衬带,停车架,泥除,货架,避震器,自购买日起1年内免费修理服务。
除以上保证零件外其余消耗品则不在保证范围内。
例如:外胎,内胎,刹车橡皮类(刹车皮,刹车块)灯泡,刹车线,变速线,车篮,车手带,旅行带等等,则不属于一般零件的保证范围。
2. 在保证范围内,因下列情况而造成故障,损伤,则不在保证范围内,而专卖店将乐于提供修理服务,但须酌收成本费及工资。
a 未依照使用说明书的规定来使用。
(例如乘骑人数,载重体积或重量及其他操作注意事项等。
)b 未依照使用维护说明书作适当的保养维护。
c 意外事件碰撞或错误使用。
d 天灾人力不可抗拒的的原因。
e 营业出租用或非特许的不正当使用。
f 在一般自行车不适宜行走的场所行走。
g 经过非捷安特保证许可的其他店修理。
h 经过改装或变更原来规定,颜色,及换装非本公司原指定厂牌的零件。
i 被钉子,玻璃,切削碎片,锐利的石子等外物刺伤,导致轮胎漏气或爆胎。
j 因消耗品的消耗,未及时做适当保养或更换,导致其他零件的故障或损伤者。
k 如在前叉部位自行安装任何锁具,发生一切后果本公司概不承担。
二.车架尺寸与身高自行车是依人体功学设计的产品,适合的尺寸不仅能减少运动伤害,更能增进骑乘的舒适与快感。
一般测量的方法是:跨越车架,双脚踏于地上,跨下与上管距离约2.5公分,全能车约5公分。
女车型车架则以上管与车首管结合处距跨下2.5公分为宜。
车架标示法通常为:轮胎直径*车架中管长度(五通中心至上管上缘)例如:700*500 即表示700毫米直径钢圈及500毫米之中管。

FOREST RIVER VAN STANDARD 3-YEAR/36,000 MILE WARRANTYNotice Please ensure that the warranty registration is completed online in Dealer Connect by your purchasing dealer. Electronic entry into the warranty system registers the warranty with Forest River Van so that Forest River Van has record of your rights under this limited warranty and to assure prompt assistance. Your dealer will provide the warranty info for you to sign in order for entry into this system. If you do not remember signing a Forest River Van warranty registration at the time of delivery, please contact your dealer.Definition of Terms Authorized Forest River Van Dealer (“Dealer”): This agreement is applicable only in the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada. Any Authorized Dealer of the owner’s choice may perform warranty service work under the Forest River Van Warranty Agreement. This vehicle should be delivered to the authorized dealer during normal service hours. A reasonable time should be allowed after taking the vehicle to the authorized dealer for performance of the repair.Forest River Van, Division of Forest River Bus, LLC. (“Warrantor”): The party obligated to perform under this Agreement.Original Purchaser: Person or entity that is a recipient of this product provided by a dealer under a purchase order or contract sales.Wear and Tear: The deterioration of a part or material beyond the manufacturer’s specified tolerances that occur naturally over time and under normal operating conditions.1. Who Warrants The Product The product, as described and limited here, is warranted by the manufacturer and installer of the body: Forest River Van, Division of Forest River Bus, LLC., hereinafter referred to as Forest River Van, 2367 Century Drive, Goshen, IN; and is administered by the Forest River Bus Customer Service Department, Goshen, Indiana 46528.2. Who Is Covered Forest River Van, the warrantor, extends this limited warranty agreement to the original owner only of the vehicle during the Warranty Period.3. What Is Covered Forest River Van, your warrantor, extends the following limited warranty to you; in which the limited warranty covers your conversion only pertaining to material defects in all materials and workmanship supplied by or performed by Forest River Van.4. Warranty Period The Forest River Van limited warranty is for a period of three (3) years from the date of first delivery or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first, except for other coverages listed under “Other Warranties That May Apply” and items listed under “Exclusions and Limitations” and “Limits of the Warranty.”5. Exterior Paint Exterior Paint, performed by Forest River Van, is fully warranted to be free of substantial defects in workmanship by Forest River Van for the first three (3) years (50,000 miles) from date of original purchase, 50% warranted four (4) years (75,000 miles), and 25% warranted five (5) years (100,000 miles) from date of original purchase.6. Other Warranties That May Apply Forest River Van does not warrant the base chassis itself. The vehicle engine, chassis, drive‐train, suspension system, battery and other chassis components are covered by a separate warranty offered by the manufacturer of the chassis and administered by the chassis manufacturer’s authorized dealers. The tire manufacturer separately warrants tires. In addition, all aftermarket springs, suspensions, driveline retarders, etc., such as Liquid Springs, Mor Ryde, Kelderman, Telma, etc. are not covered by Forest River Van. These items are covered by their original manufacturer and their warranties may vary.7. Owner’s Responsibility Proper preventative maintenance of the exterior and interior of the vehicle is the responsibility of the owner. See the owner’s manual(s) for proper care instructions. Defects or damage as a result of improper care or maintenance are not covered by this warranty agreement.8. Exclusions and Limitations Damage caused by abuse, misuse, failure to observe reasonable required maintenance practices, acid rain, accidents, natural disasters, acts of war, facing of fabrics, carpeting and/or fiberglass are not covered. Light bulbs and fuses are not covered.Damage to the unit if such damage is the result of deterioration due to normal use, wear and tear, or exposure to the elements.Damages that may occur to the chassis, frame, other parts or components that occur due to overloading will not be covered and may invalidate portions of the Forest River Van warranty agreement.FOREST RIVER VANCosmetic or surface corrosion resulting from stone chips or scratches in paint are not covered.Replacement parts provided under terms of the warranty agreement will whenever possible, match original equipment. When necessary, Forest River Van will substitute parts of comparable function and value. Defective items may be replaced with new, remanufactured, reconditioned or repaired components.Modifications, alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel may invalidate portions of the Forest River Van warranty. In addition, using the vehicle to tow another vehicle is prohibited and may void warranty. Contact Forest River Van Customer Service before you make modifications, alteration or repairs.9. Recovery LimitationsNo person shall be entitled to recover from warrantor for any consequential or incidental damages arising out of or relating to any defect in the product. These limitations include but are not limited to, loss of time; loss of use; loss of revenues, salaries or commissions; towing charges; bus fares; bus rentals: car rentals; gasoline expenses; telephone charges; inconvenience or other incidental damages.10. How To Get Warranty ServiceTo obtain warranty service, contact or visit the dealership where you originally purchased your vehicle or another warranty service facility designated by Forest River Van. The dealership must contact Forest River Van Customer Service Department for authorization to have a warranty claim submitted. If you or your dealer has moved, or if your dealer is no longer in business, contact Forest River Van Customer Service Department (see address and telephone numbers below) for the name of a Forest River Van dealer nearest to you. Your claim must be made within 14 days of the discovery of the defect. Forest River Van will determine authorization based on and subject to the terms of the warranty agreement. All warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period. Warranty personnel must authorize all warranty service prior to performance. Warranty service may be reported directly to the warrantor or to one of their authorized dealers. If warranty personnel approve warranty service, you must leave the unit at the appropriate warranty service location for a sufficient time to perform service.11. Who Performs Warranty ServiceIt is recommended you obtain warranty service at the dealership where you originally purchased your bus. If the dealership cannot perform the service work, they should call Forest River Van Customer Service Department for assistance (see number below). If you are unable to visit your original dealer, contact Forest River Van Customer Service Department (address below) for the name and location of a Forest River Van dealer near you.12. Dispute ResolutionShould you be unable to resolve a disagreement with your dealer regarding your right to pursue warranty coverage for a needed repair, contact the Forest River Van Customer Service Department (see address below). If a dispute about warranty service arises between Forest River Van and you, the owner, the disagreement will be resolved in accordance with the customary procedures of the American Arbitration Association relating to commercial transactions, or the dispute will be submitted to a panel of three (3) arbitrators for decision. The panel will be made up of one member appointed by Forest River Van, one member appointed by the complainant/owner, and one member from the arbitrator group mentioned above. Any and all legal remedies shall be available to the owner after pursing this informal dispute resolution if a ruling is entered against Forest River Van and Forest River Van fails to abide by the ruling. The expenses of arbitration will be paid by the party against whom the arbitrator(s) rule.13. 它包含了高山滑雪的原理和山地自行车的冒险,因而深得人们的喜爱。
雪地自行车的装备是滑雪板和自行车的结合,有车架、车座和车把,但车轱辘被滑雪板取代,下山和普通滑雪差不多,上山只能借助缆车。
驾驶这种雪地自行车关键是掌握转弯技巧,与普通滑雪一样,身体倾斜实现转弯,通过转弯调整速度,开始时可能需要双脚辅助,熟练后,控制好前后两个滑雪板就行了。
雪地自行车最吸引人、也是这项运动最刺激的一点,就是人们能在雪地里获得高速滑行的乐趣——雪地自行车的最高时速能达到每小时106英里。

现有的自行车主要有两种大类型,第一类是前轮被滑雪板代替而后轮是传动带在雪地里滑行。
第二大类就是前后自行车车轮都被滑雪板所代替,没有车闸以及传动装置。

说以雪地自行车的发展方向应该和以人为本靠拢,应该使人们在行驶的过程中更加省力。
在安全方面,应该使得及时就算驾驶者即使翻车也不会受到大的伤害,把伤害降到最低。
三原理方案设计3.1对现有产品进行分析要设计一款有市场推广性的雪地自行车,就必须对现有产品进行充分的了解,对其进行细致的分析研究,下面对市场上现有的几款雪地自行车进行一系列的分析和比较。
