Directions: Please create a dialogue with your partner according to the given situation. Your time limit is 3 minutes.

1.A worries about his term paper and a test and mentions ways of cheating. B promises to help but warns against any form of cheating, and finally A promises to study hard.

B: You look so sad. What's wrong ?

A: I will die this time .

B: Can I do something for you ?

A : Well . I really want you to help to pass the final exam .

B: You have two weeks before the final exam . If you want to have a good grade, the time is enough.

A: But, you know, studying hard will get me crazy. So I want you to give me the keys when you finish your paper in the exam .

B: No way !I refuse.Don’t even think about it! C heating in the exam is too bad .I can help you do all things except cheating.

A: But, but, it is too late to study.

B: No, no. If you want to do it, you can beat problems. At the same time, I will help you . Please believe me.

2.A and B are discussing cross-cultural differences. A asks about

A:Hello,this article is about cultural difference.It says that the difference in individualism, the sense of time and work is commom between countries.

B:Yeah, the difference is almost everywhere. Especially Chinese cultural and Western cultural.

A:Do you think the individualism between Chinese and Western are different?

B:Of course.For example ,Chinese always like do things by groups while Western people like finishing things by themselves. A:What about the sense of time?

B:It quite different.In China,we can be late for a meeting,it just OK.But other people will think you are not a gentleman otherwise they think you don’t respect them.

A:Why work is also different?

B:I think it is just because the interpersonal relation between people.As we all know,companies think ability is the NO.1 important about a worker.But in China,it doesn’t work.If you don’t know how to get well with other s,you will fail.
