摘要
硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料广泛应用于建筑,石油、化工、轻工、运辅、城市供热、制冷及食品冷藏与加工:是冰箱,冰柜、飞机机身、轮船壳体,客运车箱,活动板房等最优良的绝热材料;还常被用做船,浮体、快艇、救捞器材的充填材料以及易碎商品包装材料;开孔型的硬泡是良好的吸音,消声材料。聚氨酯材料可以用于管道保温,但是管道保温材料不仅仅是聚氨酯这一种,也可以是其他的,例如岩棉、珍珠岩等,根据不同的环境和需要选择不同的材料。聚氨酯材料是可以回收再利用的。废旧聚保温氨酯材料的再生利用方法有:粘结制再生泡沫塑料,粉碎后热压成制品,粉碎成粉末作为生产泡沫塑料等的填料;通过醇解、胺解或水解工艺将泡沫分解再生多元醇,再用于制泡沫塑料,等等。
硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料因其优良的隔热保温、独特的抗水渗透及化学稳定性,加上轻质、成型方便,成为冰箱保温层不可或缺的保温材料。针对冰箱门体因硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料充型脱模后的变形易产生报废返修问题,本文拟采用硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料作为原料对冰箱保温层进行设计并通过实验的方法
验证设计方案的可行性,同时根据所测得的数据来确定优化方案,总结出合适的设计参数。

Abstract
Rigid polyurethane foam is widely used in the construction, petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, transport and auxiliary, urban heating, refrigeration and food cold storage and processing: refrigerator, freezer, the fuselage of the aircraft, ship shell, passenger carriage, the activities of the board and the most excellent thermal insulating materials; but also often used to take a boat, floating body, a speedboat, salvage equipment filling materials and fragile commodity packaging materials; pass the rigid foam is a good sound-absorbing, sound deadening material. Polyurethane material can be used in pipe insulation, but pipe insulation material is not only polyurethane this a, can also be other, such as rockwool, perlite, according to the different environment and the need to choose a different material. Polyurethane materials can be recycled. Waste polyethylene insulation polyurethane material regeneration utilization methods include: binding of regenerative foam, crushed after hot pressing products, crushed into powder as filler in the production of foam; through alcoholysis, amine solution or hydrolysis of foam decomposition recycled polyols for foam plastic, and so on.
Due to its excellent heat insulation and thermal insulation, unique water penetration resistance and chemical stability, the rigid polyurethane foam plastic is an indispensable thermal insulation material for the refrigerator insulation layer.
For the refrigerator door body due to the deformation of rigid polyurethane foam filling after stripping is easy to produce Scrap & rework problem, this paper intends to adopt rigid polyurethane foam as a raw material for refrigerator insulation layer design and feasibility through the experimental method to verify the design scheme, also according to the measured data to determine the optimization scheme, summed up the appropriate design parameters.
