Well,I love this topic,I have dreamed to have a perfect holiday for so long.However,since I am very busy I have not find enough time to fulfill this dream.maybe after I graduated from university and before I go abroad,I will have enough time to spend a perfect holiday.i plan to visit capital cities of every Chinese province.i am 22 years old,and I have not go to many places.it’s pity because my father had traveled all over China at my age.i would like to go alone,without any partners,I want to be free.so the only thing I need to do is to care about myself. Well,this is a very interesting topic,and I feel guilty because I am a lazy boy, I keep many bad habits and it’s fairly difficult for me to mention something I do to keep

healthy.so I would like to talk about what I will do in the future to keep healthy.i will get up early in the morning in order to be energetic,before having breakfast,I will run along the playground for 5 circles to lose weight.as for the three meals in a day, more vegetables and fruits will be added to my recipe instead of meat and potatoes ,at night,after exercising for about 40 minutes in a gym,I will take a shower and go to bed early in order to get up early in the moring.from what I said,I guess you already know i almost do the opposite things now.i sleep late at night because I like ot chat with my friends and that’s the reason why I can not get up early in the morning,and I hardly go to the gym,I hate vegetables,I like to eat hamburgers and other kinds of junk food.
