Zhu Yongqiang (Yuxi Normal University ,Yunnan,Yuxi 653100)Abstract: The holders and inheritors of Naxi traditional culture are called Dongba. Dongba is not only the inheritor of traditional culture, but also the priest of Dongba religion of Naxi . Historically, the Dongba priests were inherited according to blood ties, family unit/ family, and "father biography", "biography of men and not women". However, with the change of times, the traditional training mode of priests has changed. In many places, the family unit / family training mode has been difficult to trace, and the existence of traditional culture is threatened. This article will introduce the new training mode of Dongba culture inheritors in Naxi area — Dongba culture mode of enterprise.

内蒙古艺术学院原创民族舞剧《草原英雄小姐妹》

登上国家大剧院舞台

2017年11月14、15日，由内蒙古艺术学院创演的国家艺术基金2016年度舞台艺术创作资助项目原创民族舞剧《草原英雄小姐妹》在国家大剧院上演。

原全国人大常委会副委员长乌云其木格，国家民委主任、党组书记巴特尔，文化部党组成员、副部长董伟，中国文联党组成员、副主席、书记处书记左中一，中国艺术研究院院长连辑，中国社会科学院党组成员张英伟，内蒙古自治区党委常委、宣传部长白玉刚，内蒙古自治区政府副主席刘新乐出席观看了演出。中国舞协主席冯双白，中国舞协分党组书记罗斌，著名舞蹈家、原中国舞协主席白淑湘，著名舞蹈家、原中国舞协主席、国家大剧院舞蹈总监赵汝蘅，国家艺术基金管理中心副主任张堃，内蒙古自治区文化厅厅长佟国清，内蒙古艺术学院党委书记李延俊、院长黄海、副院长赵林平等领导和嘉宾观看了演出。

该剧由中国舞蹈家协会副主席、内蒙古舞蹈家协会主席、内蒙古艺术学院副院长、著名舞蹈家赵林平编剧并担任艺术总监，特别邀请了中国舞蹈家协会副主席、北京军区政治部战友文工团艺术指导、国家一级编剧赵明任总编导，由著名作曲家三宝担任作曲。为排演好这部舞剧，内蒙古艺术学院专门成立了舞蹈团，演员全部由本校舞蹈专业学生担任。经过历时两年编排、打磨，终于登上了国家大剧院的艺术舞台。
