一、工艺原理Technical principle

本公司生产的混合离子交换器（简称混床），在脱盐水工程中，用于二级脱盐水的制备，被处理的水由上向下流经按一定的比例配比装填并混合形成的强酸、碱树脂层来制取成品水。均匀混合的树脂层中，阳树脂与阴树脂紧密地交错排列，每一对阳树脂与阴树脂颗粒似于一组复床，混床就象无数组串联运行的复床。通过混合离子交换后进入水中的氢离子与氢氧离子会立即生成电离度很低的水分子（H2O），很少可能形成阳离子或阴离子交换时的反离子，使交换反应进行的十分彻底，因而能制取纯度相当高的成品水。

混床的再生工艺较阳、阴床的再生工艺复杂，混床树脂层失效后，需先对床中树脂进行反洗分层，使阳树脂与阴树脂彻底分离，然后分别对阳、阴树脂进行再生、清洗、恢复交换能力并均匀混合，方可继续投入运行。

三、结构形式Structure form

设备由本体、布水装置、集水装置、外配管及仪表取样装置等组成。进水装置为上进水、挡板布水，集水装置为多孔板滤水帽集水；设备的本体外部配管配带阀门并留有压力取样接口，便于用户现场安装和实现装置正常运行。

四. 设备的安装The installation of the equipment

1）安装前检查土建基础是否按设计要求施工。

2）设备按设计图纸进行就位，调整支腿垫铁并检查进出口法兰的水平度和垂直度。

3）将设备和基础预埋铁板焊接固定，固定后再次校验进出口法兰的水平度和垂直度。
