Speaking of a company that has a host of employees, I am going to describe a locally listed firm, whose name is called Jingdong. That is an E-commerce company, which is quite similar to Ali. You can also call that a competitor to Ali, as it features B2C and is listed on Global 500. The company is headquartered in Beijing, but it has quite a few subsidiaries. There is one near the community where I live. Many people in China are fond of using the services provided by this company. For example, we often shop online on Jingdong, where individuals can purchase a broad range of goods they need in their everyday lives. By the way, I got a friend who works in the branch near my home, so he often invites me to visit his workplace. It was mind-blowing that the first time I saw the layout of the main hall inside the building, which is so gigantic and majestic. Also, I had lunch in the canteen there with my friend, but experienced a long queue, and ended up waiting for more than half an hour. My friend told that this is very normal working in large companies. Although that is just a branch of Jingdong, it still has more than one thousand employees. One thing he has emphasized is that the salaries, as well as the welfare packages, are really good, so he is satisfied with his job. Long story short, I wish I could work in such a large corporation, with a decent job.
Story 1: The Lost Key.I remember one day when I was in a huge rush to get to work. I grabbed my bag, put on my shoes, and just as I was about to close the door, I realized I couldn't find my keys. I started panicking and searching everywhere under the sofa, in my pockets, on the kitchen counter. But they were nowhere to be seen. Then I remembered that I had used them to open the mailbox the day before. So, I ran downstairs to the mailbox, and there they were, just lying there. I quickly grabbed them and raced off to work, hoping my boss wouldn't be too mad that I was a bit late.Story 2: The Haunted House. When I was a kid, my friends and I decided to explore an old, abandoned house on the outskirts of our town. It was said to be haunted. We were all really scared but also super curious. As we walked in, the floorboards creaked loudly. There were cobwebs everywhere. We heard strange noises, like someone whispering. One of my friends got so frightened that he screamed and ran out. But I was determined to see what was really going on. In the end, we found out that it was just the wind blowing through the broken windows and making those spooky sounds. It was quite an adventure though!Story 3: My First Cooking Disaster.I once decided to cook a big dinner for my family. I thought I'd make a roast chicken. I bought a nice, big chicken from the market and put it in the oven. I was feeling really confident. But then, I got distracted by my favorite TV show. Before I knew it, there was a strange smell coming from the kitchen. I ran in and saw that the chicken was completely black. I hadforgotten to set the timer! My family still teases me about that burned chicken to this day.Story 4: Meeting a Celebrity.Last year, I was on vacation in Los Angeles. I was walking down Hollywood Boulevard when suddenly I saw a huge crowd gathering. I went over to see what was going on and it was my favorite actor, Tom Hanks! He was just standing there, smiling and taking pictures with fans. I couldn't believe my luck. I got in line and when it was my turn, I was so nervous that I could barely speak. I just managed to say how much I loved his movies. He was really nice and friendly and we took a photo together. It was one of the best moments of my life.Story 5: The Great Dog Escape. We have a little dog at home, and one day, he managed to escape from the yard. We were all so worried. We started looking everywhere in the neighborhood, at the park nearby. We called his name over and over again. After a couple of hours of searching, we were about to give up when we heard a faint barking coming from a neighbor's garage. It turned out that he had chased a little cat into the garage and then got locked in. When we found him, he was wagging his tail like he had just been on a grand adventure.Story 6: The Broken Chair Incident.I was at a friend's party once, and we were all having a great time. There were a lot of people sitting on these old chairs in the backyard. I was just about to sit down on one when suddenly, it broke into pieces. I fell right on my butt, and everyone burst out laughing. I was so embarrassed at first, but then I started laughing too. My friend feltreally bad, but I told him it was no big deal. It actually made the party even more memorable.Story 7: The Wrong Bus.One day, I was running late for an appointment. I saw a bus coming and just jumped on it without really looking at the number. I was so focused on getting there on time. After a while, I realized that the scenery outside was all wrong. On the day of her birthday, we told her we were just going to have a small dinner at my place. When she walked in and we all shouted "Surprise!", she was completely shocked. She had no idea at all. It was so much fun to see the look on her face, and we had an amazing party that night.Story 10: The Lost Wallet Recovery.I lost my wallet once while I was out shopping. I didn't realize it until I got home. I was so worried because it had all my cards, my ID, and some cash in it. I retraced my steps and went back to the stores I had been to. I asked the clerks if anyone had turned in a wallet, but they all said no. Just as I was about to give up, I got a call from a kind stranger who had found my wallet in the parking lot. He had looked through it to find my contact information and called me right away. I was so relieved andgrateful to that person.。

I lingered at the last few chapters for long enough to get myself back to a normal life.why you read itIt tells us the difference between Chinese literature and Western literature. At the end of each chapter, there is always a line which says ‘if the reader wants to know what happens next, please read the next chapter’. The line suggests that these chapters were each written separately over a period of time, thus,it functions as a reminder for readers to wait for the next chapter.3/ 9These were the most developed stages of Chinese fiction writing. And explain what you liked about the bookMoreover, the reason for the novel’s outstanding reputation and distinguishable status is that the novel is ‘the direct way to learn about Chinese culture. You cannot read Laozi or Confucius to understand Chinese society and Chinese people, while the book is the shortcut’. Therefore, the language used f or this classical work is between formal and colloquial. In addition, the work was completed during Qing dynasty which is the last feudal empire in Chinese history, thus, the language is classical but also quite close to modern Chinese; it is intelligible for Chinese readers without any footnotes. Furthermore, exaggerated expressions are frequently used in the original text to show the author’s irony towards the society.Another sample answer:what book it wasDream of the Red Mansions, written in the 18th century, is undoubtedly one of the most distinguishable classical novels of Chinese literature. The story has been made into numerous mini series and TV operas.when you read it4/ 9I have read it (the Chinese version) several times, and have it handy in my palm in case I want to read it. I think I read it the first time when I was in middle school and it was kind of difficult (yes because of the huge number of characters and the sub-plots and so on). But then it got easier and easier. You have to read it and know the stories and the poems because they are so frequently quoted.why you read itI deeply love the romance between the characters, that’s why I read it that often. I don't know much about the English version but it'd be definitely difficult to translate this novel into any other languages. I wonder how one can translate the puns which expressed some deeper meaning, or probably the best way is to skip it or giving some footnotes (which will ruin the novel). And explain what you liked about the bookThe main character is Baoyu (寶玉), and his love interest is his cousin Daiyu (黛玉), who is the daughter of his aunt (father's sister). Baoyu finally marries another cousin Baochai (寶釵). Baoyu, before he comes to this world, was a rock/jade, and Daiyu a plant. The rock used to water the plant. So Daiyu has to pay back the5/ 9debt to Baoyu with all her tears in this life. (How romantic.) The poems I like best are the two which foretell their fates in Baoyu's dream. And the scene before Daiyu dies, when she buries the fallen flowers, is very very very famous, called “黛玉葬花".And there's another famous poem called 紅豆詞, which has been made into a song. Just the other day I was listening to it at a fashion boutique.I could go on and on.雅思口语考试流程分步详解口语测试时间约为十一至十四分钟。

最后如果有必要还可以再总结一句(合),不过最后的总结很多时候是可以自然省略的。
As well经常出现在句尾,而当用在句子为as well as的形式。
I’ll vi sit Andrew, and Martin例:I need to go to the bookshop aspost office. All in all,…In a nutshell,…(This is an informal phrase.写作不宜使用,但在日常口语里却经常听到 )In short,…So it’s no exaggeration to say that…(可以毫不夸张地说,……)That’s pretty much it.That’s all I can think of now.

Nearly 100 hundred relatives and friends attended it and I was there all along the way. There are many steps to follow during a typical Chinese wedding, like both families cover any manholes, drains or wells nearby the houses with red paper as a local tradition. But I always find most interesting the part of how the groom win his way to his lover. The wedding ceremony was on the national day last year.Around 9 am, we, as the groom family, set a fleet of cars towards the bride house. When we arrive at the brides house, the groom, along with his parents, cousins, aunts and uncles, went to the brides door. The groom knocked the door several times, calling out for his wife, but the bri de's mother won’t not open it until the groom calls, "Mama" and paid the bride's mother some money.Even then, the bride remained locked in her room with the bride's maids. The maids demanded the groom proved his love before they would open the door. This included singing correctlysome ordered romantic songs, and some were tricky. My cousin was not a pop song lover, so it was time to display my music skills. My try was passed as OK, thankfully. Eventually the bride came out and the groom lifted her up into the waiting car during everyone’s applause. In the weddings I have attended, there have been a few Western elements, like white gowns and wedding vows, but overall, I would characterize the weddings as very much Chinese in both form and style. It is a mix of tradition, spectacle, prestige, showing off, and romance all in one.
