在本段中，若收信人对自己的帮助不止一点，则首先要将其帮助细节进行分条描述，更显逻辑; 若收信人所提供的帮助只有一点，则进行具体陈述即可。此外，无论收信人的帮助多或少，写信人都需在具体陈述帮助细节后附加自己的感受或对自己的意义等来进行进一步的深化与阐释，以使自己的感激更为真诚，而不浮夸。

尾段：thank you again for your kindness and i hope i will have

the opportunity to return your charming help. 本段中第一句话再次表达了自己对收信人的感激之情，第二句话表达了自己希望有机会对收信人的帮助做出相应的回报，这样一来，就显得自己的感谢并不仅仅是说说而已。在考研英语的书信表达中，类似的首段或尾段的套用句式比较丰富，大家需要在复习过程中进行有意的积累，并在写作中加以运用：

写作策略：感谢信还有浓厚的感情色彩，具有比较浓的人情味，因此可操作性不是太强。考生即便学习了一篇范文，但对另外一道此类题目也是可能不知该从何处入手。实际上感谢信（还包括表扬信）从内容上恰恰与投诉信相反，因此可以直接套用投诉信的写法，只需将投诉信主体段落对投诉理由的具体说明改为对感谢或表扬理由的具体说明即可。例如，一道题目说

代我在一个旅馆信了一段时间，但方方面面都不尽如人意，回家后你和家人都闹肚子，请你写

一封投诉信。而另外一道题则是说你在一家旅馆住了一段时间，在那里度过了一段美好的时光，请你写一封感谢信。这两封信在主体段落上都可以从几个方面对该旅馆进行投诉或感谢，都可以从服务、饮食卫生、客房环境等几个方面来说明投诉或感谢的理由，只需将投诉信的不满改为感谢信的满意即可。由此可知，只要掌握了投诉信的写法，感谢信也应当是手到擒来。
