数控车床加工工艺设计
摘要
数控技术是发展高新技术产业和尖端工业使用的最基本的装备。当今世界各国机械制造业广泛应用数控技术以提高制造能力和水平、提高对动态多变市场的适应能力和集中竞争能力大力发展以数控技术为核心的先进制造技术已成为世界各发达国家加速经济发展、提高综合国力和国家地位的重要途径。
现在数控机床的拥有量和水平已成为衡量一个国家工业化的重要标志,因此我国政府正积极采取各种有效措施大力发展我国的数控产业,把发展数控技术作为振兴机械工业的重中之重。
本毕业论文首先介绍了数控技术的发展趋势及本论文研究的意义、背景并对课题的内容与要求进行了综合的阐述接着阐述了复杂零件的加工工艺其中不仅介绍了数控车削加工的相关内容还囊括了零件图的分析、工件的定位、工序的确定、刀具的设计与选择以及工艺路线的制定等然后是在对本课题的零件进行工艺分析编写加工程序,并对程序进行模拟仿真数控加工和对加工结果的检验最后是本毕业设计的结论部分归纳和总结了该毕业设计的内容和过程。关键词:数控技术、车削加工、加工工艺、程序编制。
Abstract
The abstract numerical control technology is the development emerging high-tech industry and the state-of-art industry use technology and the most basic equipment. Now the various countries mechanical manufacturing industry widespread application numerical control technology, sharpens the manufacturing capacity and the level, the enhancement to the dynamic changeable market adaptive and the centralism competitive ability, vigorously develops take the numerical control technology as the core advanced manufacture technology, has become world each developed country to add the book fast economy development, the enhancement comprehensive national strength and the
national status important way.
Now, the numerical control engine bed capacity and the level have become weighs a national industrialization the important symbol, therefore our country government positively takes each kind of effective action vigorously to develop our country numerical control industry, the development numerical control technology took the promotion mechanical industry heavy center is heavy.
This graduation thesis first introduced studied the significance and the background and to the numerical control technology development tendency and this article has carried on the comprehensive elaboration to the topic content and the request; Then elaborated the complex components processing craft, not only introduced the numerical control turning processing related content also included the detail drawing analysis, the work piece localization, the working procedure determination, the cutting tool design and the choice as well as the craft route system grades; Then is in carries on the craft analysis to this topic components, the compilation processing procedure, and carries on the simulation to the procedure, the numerical control processing and to processes the result the examination; Finally was this graduation project conclusion are partial, induces and summarizes this graduation project content and the process.
