摘要

在连铸生产过程中发生的各类事故中,损害最严重的是漏钢事故。据材料分析表明:粘结性漏钢约占漏钢总次数的65%~80%。为了避免或减少漏钢事故的发生,目前通常采用两条途径,其一是深入研究粘结性漏钢的形成机理,以便在生产过程中杜绝产生粘结漏钢的工艺条件;其二就是开发板坯连铸漏钢预报系统,检测在生产浇注过程中,结晶器中出现的漏钢征兆,然后采取减速等措施达到避免漏钢的目的。因此,参考国内外众多连铸资料,本文对板坯粘结性漏钢做了深入的研究。

首先,对连铸工艺做一个简要的介绍;再对板坯连铸粘结漏钢的形成机理及特点分析做了深入的讲述,提出了弯月面的破损是粘结漏钢发生的直接起因;又论述了影响板坯粘结漏钢的因素:浇注温度、保护渣的性能、钢水成分、拉速、结晶器的液面波动、锥度和振动装置以及预防措施;还对坯壳裂口的传播速度、热流以及振痕进行分析。

其次,逻辑预报方法虽然存在一些缺点,如易发生误报警等,但国内外的实践证明:逻辑预报方法仍是漏钢预报系统的一种重要途径,特别是新建铸坯生产线投产,缺乏生产数据就显示了逻辑预报的优点,显示它比其他预报方法更直观和灵活,有诸多可调参数,可由专业技术人员根据具体的生产状况设定。

因此,本文所开发的软件仍采用逻辑预报模型,用 VisualBasic6.0开发了板坯连铸漏钢预报仿真系统,对国内某钢厂的生产数据进行离线模拟,取得了良好的效果,证明了逻辑预报模型仍然是漏钢预报系统的核心判断模式,为该系统的进一步研发和完善奠定了扎实的理论基础。

Secondly, logic prediction method although has some shortcomings, such as prone to false alarm, but at home and abroad. Practice proves: Logic prediction method is still the breakout prediction system in an important way, especially the new casting billet production .And flexible, there are many adjustable parameters, can be composed of professional and technical personnel according to the specific situation of production set.

Therefore, the software is still using the logic model, using VisualBasic6.0 development board Billet continuous casting breakout prediction simulation system, domestic steel production data off-line simulation, made a good Effect, proved the logic model is still the breakout prediction system core judgment mode the system. Further development and perfect laid a solid theoretical foundation.
