二、样品跟单（共19分）

1、合同对于样品有何要求？（9分）

必须在2008年9月7日之前送交实验室，每种颜色必须有A B C 三个选项。

在订单下达后7天内寄送一件黑颜色的确认样。（3分）

在9月15日前寄送一件黑颜色的产前样，只有面料通过SGS上海分公司检测并合格后才能制作产前样。

2、2009年9月9日，金苑公司跟单员将approval sample通过快递寄送给了C&K公司，5天后，C&K回电，表示样品存在以下问题:

Dear sir,

Thanks for your samples, but we found the following measurements（尺码）discrepancies:

(工艺)as follows:

-dirty spots, like we found at your samples, m/b avoided for bulk!

-the front zipper is heavy wavy!

Pls make the alternations done as soon as possible.
