through feeding inlet(10)and falls to the distribution disc which is fixed with rotor. With the rotation of rotor and mani shaft(11),material on the distribution disc will be thrown out and spread in the separating chamber(6)and meet with the uprising airflow. Inside the separating chamber, airflow near grading circle and the floating material will spin at high speed with the drive of grading circle, which will produce a strong centrifugal force to the floating material. By adjusting the rotation speed of main shaft, strength of the centrifugal foree can be adjusted accordingly. When the rotation speed increases, the centrifugal force will strengthened, and if air volume remains unchanged, then, the cutting particle diameter will decrease and product particle size will be smaller. Inversely, if the rotation speed of main shaft is reduced, the particle size can be larger. Coarse particle with large weight will fall to the tricking device(4)and classified by the uprising airflow again. The coarse particle will be collected by the internal cone and discharged from coarse powder duct(2).Fine powder will be collected by cyclone(8)and fall to dust hopper then discharged from fine powder duct. Clena air will reture the cnergy saying vibration-damping fan(14)via air pipe and form a close-circulate air cycle.)

It can also be supported by a steel platform. The installed separator shall be free from vibration.) 2、选粉机在现场安装时,应注意主体的垂直度,尤其保证内部转 子的垂直度,安装时可以在主轴皮带盘上用水平仪校正主轴垂直度 (<2/1000)。(During on site erection, the verticality of main body shall be emphasized, especially the verticality of rotor. Leveling instrument can be used on the main shaft belt pulley to rectify the verticality of main shaft(<2/1000)) 3、各密封结合面处不得漏气、渗油现象,安装时各法兰口必须用 石棉绳加黄油密封。(Air and oil leakage is not allowed at each sealing point. Asbestos rope and grease shall be used to each flange during erection.) 4、风机固定位置根据工作场所进行合理选择,注意联接风管不要太 长,以免影响风压,其支脚减震器应放在平整、坚固的水平面上。为保 证使用效果,我公司NO.12.5以上风机一律采用混凝土基础。(The location of fan shall be selected according to site condition. It is suggested that the connecting air pipe shouldn’t be too long(which can influence the air pressure).The vibration damper of fan supporting leg shall be installed on plane and solid ground. To ensure performance, we suggest concrete foundation shall be adopted for fans over NO.12.5) 5、安装时,粗粉和细粉的双联锁风阀应尽可能垂直放置在粗粉、细 粉管道的末端,即尽可能靠近输送设备。(During installation, twin airlock valves shall be vertically placed at the ends of coarse powder and fine powdet ducts and as close as possible to the conveying equipment. ) 五、操作、维护及检修(Operation, maintenance and repair) 1、操作(operagion)

一、机器的用途(function of the equipment)
选粉机为粉料分级设备,主要应用于水泥工业的生料、水泥圈流粉 磨工艺,同时在化工、冶金等工业部门也有着广泛的应用。(It is a powder material classifying equipment,which is mainly used in raw material and cement close-circuit grinding process in cement industry. It is also widely used in chemical and metallurgic industry.) SY系列高细转子式选粉机是我公司技术人员在转子式选粉机的基础 上,将平面涡流理论较好的运用在旋风式选粉机的基础上,经多年的研 究而开发出来的一种外部循环式带转子的改进型选粉机。经实践使用证 明,选粉效率达85%以上,而且细度调节方便、灵活、性能可靠。(SY series high efficient fine rotor separator is a renovated external circulating rotor separator developed from the rotor separator and combined the plane whirlpool theory. The separating effort can exceed 85%. It is easy to control and has a stable performance.)
三、结构特点及工作原理(configuration and working principle) 1、性能特点(Characteristic): (1)采用高抛撒能力撒料盘,强化了撒料与旋流能力,使物料颗粒 能充分分散扬起,增强了物料的分级、分散性能。(Distributing disc with
high throwing ability is adopted which strengths material distributing and rotation. By the full distribution of particle, the material classifying effect will also be optimized.) (2)合理调整了选粉区与提升区的部位,提高了选粉效率。(The location of separating and lifting section is adjusted which increases separating effect.) (3)采用了新型高效低阻旋风筒,减少气流阻力,提高微粉收集能 力。(New high efficient low resistance cyclone is adopted to reduce airflow resistance and increase fine powder collecting ability.) (4)选粉机主轴可以进行无级调速。(infinitely variable speeds can be realized for main shaft) (5)多级衬板保护延长了主机使用寿命。(Multilevel liner will extend the life span of the separatoe) (6)采用了先进的分瓣式可拆卸笼形转子,大大节省了维护时间和 维护难度。(Advanced dismountable cage type rotor is adopted which will save maintenance time and simplify repair procedure.) (7)粗粉管和细粉管采用双联锁风阀,大大地降低了漏风率,克服 了以前选粉机运转过程中扬尘大的缺点。(Twin airlock valves are adopted at coarse and fine powder duct which will decrease air leakage and improve the dust emission control.) 2、工作原理(Working principle) 出磨物料由上部进料口(10)喂入,落到与转子成一体的撒料盘 上,转子随主轴(11)转动时,撒料盘上的物料在离心力的作用下沿径 向甩出而分散于选粉室(6)内与旋转上升的气流相遇,在选粉室内, 分级圈(7)下面附近的气流及分散于气流中的物料在分级圈的带动下 与分级圈一起作高速旋转,而使气流中的物料受较强的离心力,该力的 大小可以通过调节主轴的转速来调节。当转速增大时,该力也增大。此 时如果保持处理风量一定,则此时的切割粒径减小,产品变细,如转速 降低则产品变粗。物料中的粗颗粒,质量较大,受撒料盘和分级圈作 用,落到滴流装置(4)时,再次受上升气流的分选,落到内锥,从粗 粉管(2)排出,通过分级圈的细粉经旋风筒(8)收集落入集灰斗,经 细粉管排出,清除细粉后的空气则从旋风筒中心经风管(15)返回节能 减震风机(14)形成气流闭路循环。(The ground material will be fed
