1.船舶管理：

河北远洋主要从事船舶管理和全球海上货物运输服务，承运的货物主要有铁矿石、谷物、原油、煤炭等，航线覆盖全球。公司具有交通运输部海事局颁发的符合ISM规则的DOC证书，对超大型矿砂船、好望角型散货船、巴拿马型散货船（包括大小灵便型散货船）以及普通杂货船等船型具有管理资质。公司通过CCS认证，具有符合ISO9001质量管理体系标准的QMSC证书。

Ship Management

Hebei Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd. (now known as HOSCO GROUP) is mainly engaged in ship management and global ocean transportation, and is qualified to manage vessels including VLOC, Capesize, Panamax (Handymax,Handysize), General Cargo Carrier etc. The carried cargoes mainly include iron ore, grain, crude oil and coal.

秦皇岛太行贸易有限公司系河北远洋运输集团股份有限公司于2002年9月成立的全资子公司，经商务部和中国五矿商会认证，获铁矿石进口资质，主要从事铁矿、有色金属、煤炭、钢材等产品的国际国内贸易。公司在唐山、日照、邢台、上海等地设有办事处，在京唐港有铁矿加工厂。2011年铁矿石贸易总量达650多万吨，海关统计进货量进入同业（有资质铁矿进口商）前十名。

International Trade

Qinhuangdao Tyhoon Trading Co., Ltd., a subordinate enterprise of Hebei Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd., was established in Sep. 2002. With the approval of Ministry of Commercial and China Chamber of Commerce of Metals, Minerals & Chemicals Imports & Export (CCCMC), Qinhuangdao Tyhoon Trading Co., Ltd. is qualified to import and export Iron Ore, and it is majoring in domestic and international trade with iron ore, non-ferrous metal, coal, and steel products. The Iron Ore trade volume has amounted to over 6.5 million tons in 2011, which made Qinhuangdao Tyhoon Trading Co., Ltd. ranked the top ten among the qualified iron ore importing trade companies in terms of i mport volume in Custom‟s Statistics. So far, Qinhuangdao Tyhoon Trading Co., Ltd. has set up branch offices in Tangshan, Shanghai, Rizhao, Xingtai etc, and there is an iron ore processing factory in port of Jingtang.
