竹节纱配棉调整实例分析

摘要：根据竹节纱原棉指标、半成品、成品指标及配棉选配依据，分别讨论了增加低级原棉用量调整配棉、根据库存情况调整配棉和根据成纱质量情况调整配棉等实例。指出：在保证成纱质量的前提下，品级较高的配棉适当增加低级原料使用比例，可以达到降低吨纱成本的目的；根据库存情况，合理地使用占库存量大的原棉，避免棉花价格大起大落的成本风险；根据梳棉生条质量指标的波动，查看配棉单，剔除与配棉主体差异较大的原棉，保证配棉中各成分的不匀率不能过大。通过做好以上3项工作，即保证了生产的纱线质量不过剩，又达到了降低吨纱成本的目的。

Instance Analysis of Slub Yarn Cotton Assorting Adjustment

Abstract：According to raw cotton index of slub yarn， indexes of semifinished products and finished products and selection basis of cotton assorting， the examples such as adjusting cotton assorting by increasing the use of lowgrade raw cotton， adjusting cotton assorting according to the inventory and adjusting yarn quality are discussed in this paper. Under the precondition of guaranteeing yarn quality， the proper increase in lowgrade raw material can reach the prupose of reducing yarn cost for highgrade cotton assorting. The rational use of raw cotton with large uinventory can avoid the cost risk. In accordance with the fluctuation of card sliver quality index， we should check the cotton assorting list， reject the raw cotton greatly different from cotton assorting subject and make sure irregularity of each component is not too large. Through doing the above well， we can make sure yarn quality is not surplus. Meanwhile， the purpose of reducing yarn cost can be reached.
