●This certificate is the legal voucher of land registration, which shall be held by
the land use right owner, and the registration contents will be protected by the laws. This certificate shall be effective upon the seals of supervision authority, the People’s Government of county level, and the land registration authority.
●In case the land registration contents change or other rights of the land are set,
changed or cancelled, the certificate holder and the related parties concerned shall handle the procedure on change registration of the land.
●Land mortgage registration shall be handled in accordance with the related
provisions if the land mortgage is required. It is invalid if this certificate is used as collateral.
●The usage of the land shall not be changed without approval.
●This certificate should be kept properly, and applied for reissuing in case of loss
and damage according to the related provisions.
●This certificate shall not be altered without authorization, and it shall be invalid if
altered.
●The land registration authority shall be entitled to check the certificate, and the
certificate holder shall present it in accordance with the related provisions.
