Team work Diary

Team number:01 Name: Qian WeiFang(Project manager)

Date: 13th September

Today, our team carried out our first meeting. The first job of out team is to decide a suitable project. And give a name to this project. First, all of us searched on the Internet to find some resource. Then in the first meeting, I asked my team members to think about and discuss this problem, and told them the time of the next meeting. All of our members used their preparation and brainstorming to discuss. Some of us suggested to develop a system of hotel. Some of us thought Beauty salon management system is better.

Date: 15th September

Today, our team carried out our second meeting of week 2. After members' consideration of what kind of project we want, in this meeting we decide the name. And we brainstormed to think the functions of our project.(Beauty salon management system).

Date: 17th September

Today, our team carried out our third meeting of week 2. We use 30 minutes to decide the final functions of our system.This project is used by clients and administrators to coordinating and managing every function sections ( register, logon, predetermine, query, cosmetics selling, feedback, management ) to complete the whole computer system of the management of beauty salon. Then, we start to write our project introduction.

Date: 19th September

Today, our team carried out our first meeting of week 3.We use 30 minutes to recover our system's functions. Then we brainstormed and discussed to do requirements extraction.

Date: 20th September

Today, our team carried out our second meeting of week 3. We use 1 hour to discuss how to write our requirement document. Every member discussed with each other and do some searching on the Internet to find some sample to study.

Date: 24th September

Today, our team carried out our third meeting of week 3. We summed up all the members' thoughts and I scheduled who started to write which part.

Date: 28th September

Today, our team carried out our first meeting of week 4. We started to write my part of the requirement document,and discussed with other members. Use 30 minutes to check with each other. There are many problems in our work.

Date: 29th September

Today, our team carried out our second meeting of week 4.Discussed the problems when we write requirement document. Swapped suggestions with each other.

Date: 30th September

Today, our team carried out our third meeting of week 4. In the meeting we continuing checking the new completion with each other and gave suggestions.

Date: 3rd October

Today, our team carried out our first meeting of week 5. This meeting is on-line because all of us go back home to enjoy our holiday. All the members did modification of their parts and show to other members by webmail. And see the first completion of the document(without releases).

Date: 4th October

Today, our team carried out our second meeting of week 5. This meeting is on-line because all of us still at home. Discussed how to write the last part(releases). And everyone started to write.

Date: 5th October

Today, our team carried out our third meeting of week 5.This meeting is still on-line because all of us still at home.We saw the completion of "releases" and did modification to complete the whole document.

Date: 10th October

Today we held the first meeting of week 6. The first job of out team is to review the requirement document. Then we decided to start do our design report and start to use php to code our system.All the team members view the lectures to understand what would we do in design report,and told them the time of the next meeting.

Date: 12th October

Today we held the second meeting of week 6. In this meeting, our goal was to discuss how many use cases in our system, and we will extract them to shape to be our scenarios. After this meeting, Wei Fang and Ruo Wei started to write the ten scenarios.

Date: 15th October

Today we held the third meeting of week 6. In this meeting, Wei Fang and Ruo Wei showed our work (scenarios) to other members. Then the members gave some suggestions to modify it. Then we decide what we should do next week.

Date: 18th October

Today we held the first meeting of week 7. In this meeting, we decided to start to code our system. Our technical manager stated that the whole frame of our system. Then she asked every member to choose one part to start to do. And at the same time, we should continue our design report. Project Manager asked members to think about how to draw our UML diagrams.
