【辨析】event & incident & accident
event 通常指具有很大影响力的国内的、国际的或历史上的事件,也可以指运动会的比赛项目。也可引申指一般的“重大事件”。

incident 指不重要的小事件、插曲、争端,有时指引起战争的事变。“事件”,在政治上特指引起国际争端或战争的事件。事件、事变,尤指令人不快的、不同寻常的事或暴力事件、严重事件。
