河流生态环境需水问题是一个涉及到水文、地质、气候、水资源开发利用、生态环境保护和社会经济发展等多方面的重要问题。目前，河流生态环境需水量研究正处于起步阶段，对河流生态环境需水量的概念及其内涵、河流生态环境需水量的确定原则与计算方法、需水量的保证措施与途径等，都有待于广泛深入研究。本文在总结分析前人工作的基础上，对河流生态环境需水量理论体系做了初步探讨。

The water need of the ecological environment of river involves important issues of hydrology, geology, climate, water resources development and utilization, ecological environmental protection, and social economic development etc. At present, the study of the water demand is at the start stage. All of the problems, the concept and connotation, of water demand of the river ecological environment, the principles of certainty and computing methods, and its protecting method and approaches etc, are all subject to broad and thorough study. This article carries out a discussion of the theory system of the water demand.

Eco-environmental water requirements of river play a great role in many fields, such as hydrology, geology, climate, water resource exploiting and using, eco-environmental protection, social economic development, etc. Now it has been paid great attention to in academic circles in China, but the research is just on its beginning stage and requires extensive thorough study on many aspects, including its conception and connotation, definition principle, calculating approaches, guarantee measures and ways, etc. Therefore, based on the analysis and summary of the previous studies, this paper carried out an in-depth study on the theory systems of eco- environmental water requirements of river.

Chinese is the tool of reading and understanding. One has difficulty expressing himself with bad Chinese, and absorbing new foreign knowledge with bad foreign language. Mathematics is the best training for ideology arrangement.

Other subjects has their own uses, and it is hard to decide which is better, for example, PE, seen from some aspect, is more than important. All in all, we should put interests aside for the time being and accept the educational disciplines with patience in school, training ourselves into a strong pillar. The learning interests are never too late to enjoy in the future.

Laying a solid foundation for learning will be of great life-long benefit to you. Of all the school subjects during the preliminary stages of learning, languages and mathematics are the most important. Languages serve as a tool for reading and communication. Without a good knowledge of Chinese, you will find it difficult to express yourself. Without a good knowledge of a foreign language, you will find it difficult to absorb new knowledge from abroad. Mathematics makes for logical thinking.Other subjects also have their respective uses. It is hard to say which is more important. Physical education, for example, is also extremely important for another point of view. In short, while in school, we should temporarily put aside our personal liking and patiently observe school discipline so that we may temper ourselves and become solid stuff.
