质量趋势图
• 影响产品质量的因素 • 1、原材料质量不合格，主要表现为灰分过高，固定碳过
低； • 2、炉体设计影响调火，表现为炉体泄露严重，倒焦口易
烧伤（1#、2#炉因炉墙烧毁，倒焦口烧毁已经排空检修， 其它炉体仍存在此类故障）； • 3、水循环系统换热效果差，凉水塔和一台换热器在夏季 只能将冷环氨水及热环氨水降温5℃，导致水温过高焦油 分离不彻底； • 4、煤气冷却效果差，水循环洗涤系统因换热效果不佳至 煤气冷却效果差，夏季煤气温度过高，影响剩余煤气热值 及除湿，煅烧石灰煤气稳定性变差； • 5、辅助生产设施设备因备品备件不到位影响生产严重， 表现为废水处理站故障因备料不到位无法修复，剩余氨水 无法处理至水循环换热效果差，氧分析仪备件及返修件长 期无法到位，至电捕焦运行安全无法保证，其他辅助设备 备件仍存在此类问题严重影响设备正常运作。
