1．工程概况General
本工程有现浇柱1区为34根,2区为13根,6区为4根,柱高为7至11
米等,截面尺寸为450㎜×450㎜及550㎜×550㎜,梁1区43根,2区12根,6
区4根。梁截面尺寸为250㎜×350㎜,300㎜×450㎜,300㎜×700㎜等。
柱四角在±0.000以上需做25mm倒角；柱上的牛腿处于不同的标高且相
距较近，牛腿处钢筋密集交错，不易浇捣。砼表面按清水砼施工。
The number of columns to be poured in situ is 34 pieces for area 1, 13 pieces for area 2 and 4 pieces for area 6. the height of the columns varies from 7 to 11m. the section sizes include 450㎜×450㎜and 550㎜×550㎜. The number of beams to be poured in situ is 43 pieces for area 1, 12 pieces for area 2 and 4 pieces for area 6. the section sizes for the beams include 250㎜×350㎜,300㎜
×450㎜,300㎜×700㎜. Chamfers of 25mm need to be made on four corners of the beams above ±0.000 and the brackets of the columns are set at different elevations with smaller spacing. Rebar at the brackets is dense a nd interlaced, making concrete pouring and vibrating difficult.
