● Summer courses
CCA offers about 35 for -credit degree courses each summer, scheduled on the San Francisco and Oakland campuses.
Undergraduate and graduate students can work with a visiting artist, develop skills and stay on track for graduation by earning credits ... all while still allowing time to visit family, work, travel, etc.

● Summer Start
Summer Start is a six -week program designed specifically for international undergraduate and graduate students. This is a for -credit program; students receive six credits towards their degree. During the program, you must live on CCA’s San Francisco campus.
Tuition includes six units of discounted graduate college credit, which will include books, field trip expenses and one -on -one tutoring. Housing fees include six weeks at CCA’s San Francisco Panoramic Residence.
● Company -Customized Programs
CCA’s Office of Special Programs can design customized workshops to develop andstrengthen employee skills within your company. Customized programs have included:
* An Ideation Sketching class, for the design team of a national clothing retailer, scheduled
Friday afternoons on San Francisco campus.
* Software -specific workshops, for designers from a national paper products and gifts retailer, scheduled in a two -day workshop format during the week on our Oakland campus. 21.Who can apply for Summer Program?

Alice Moore is a teenager entrepreneur (创业者), w ho in May 2015 set up her business AilieCandy. By the t ime she w as 13, her company w as w orth millions of dollars w ith the invention of a super -sw e et treat that could save kids’ teeth, instead of destroying them.
It all began w h en Moore visited a bank w i th her dad. On the outing, she w a s offered a candy bar. How e ver, her dad reminded her that sugary treats w e re bad for her teeth. But Moore w a s sick of missing out on candies. So she desired to get round the w arning, “Why can’t I make a healthy candy that’s good for my teeth so that my parents can’t say no to it?” With that in m ind, Moore asked her dad if she could start her own candy company. He recommended that she do some research and talk to dentists about w h at a healthier candy w o uld contain.
With her dad’s permission, she spent the next tw o years researching onlin e and conducting trials to get a recipe that was both tasty and tooth -friendly. She also approached dentists to learn more about teeth cleaning. Consequently, she succeeded in making a kin d of candy only using natural sw e eteners, w h ich can reduce oral bacteria.
Moore then used her savings to get her business off the ground. Afterw a rds, she and her
father secured their first business meeting w i th a supermarket ow n er, w h o finally agreed to se l l Moore’s product — CanCandy.
As CanCandy’s success grows, so does Moore’s credibility as a young entrepreneur.Moore is enthusiastic about the candy she created, and she’s also positive about w hat the future
