前言
本资料介绍 HGP 型电梯,该梯种以集成了变频控制和逻辑控制的 EV-ECD01(MCUB) 控制板、SCL 串行通讯系统和 RD-DMS01 变频门机系统作为电气的关键组成部分,并基本使 用了 GVF-Ⅱ型电梯的机械系统。
称、功能介绍;工程大、细线及地线的安装等。 (3) 调试部分。运行前需进行检查的电梯各项安装情况,控制柜绝缘测试、低速试
运行、变频门机的调试运行、层高测定操作、高速运行调试、平层精度调整等。

由于 HGP 电梯在电气控制原理上与 GVF-Ⅱ、GVF-Ⅲ电梯有较多的相同点,又基本使 用 NPM 电梯的机械系统,所以本资料对于相同点不再进行叙述,只作出说明“与 XX 电梯 保持一致”。

资料编写目的:随着 HGP 电梯的开发成功,在工程方面需要提供安装、调试、维修和 保养各项工作的技术说明。本资料是根据 HGP 电梯的技术特点,列出电梯在工程环节中所 需使用的资料。
HGP 电梯电气系统最大的特点是将 GVF-II 电梯中的 FMT(逻辑控制),TD3100(变频 控制),SCL-A(串行通讯)三个模块功能集成在一个板(MCUB 板)上,现场操作方法上有 较多不同,这方面的内容请参考 HGP 电梯《MCUB 板使用说明》、《艾默生变频器专用操作面 板使用说明》和手持编程器(GHP)《GHP 使用说明》;机械方面主要是使用同步电机,采用 了 2:1 吊挂方式,轿顶反绳轮、对重反绳轮、机房主机安装上存在不同,该部分的作业可 参照 NPM 进行。
