Send him a birthday card. Send 后面可以加双宾语同：

send sth to sb.

Make a cake for his birthday : make sth for sb.

2、OK,and what about a birthday present ?

What about 表示一种建议，about 是个介词后面加sth / 代词V-ing。

3、Daming’s uncle likes reading and he reads lots of books and

magazines.

Sb like doing, like + v-ing :表示某人一贯以来喜欢某物，是一种

习惯。

4、She plays the piano and likes to sing .

Play + the + 乐器（除了二胡“erhu”play erhu.）
