Introduction and application

M&J Machinery Engineer Co., Ltd. is one of the new leading packing resolution suppliers in China. It has authorized permit enterprise from the state and Jiangsu technical supervision department. And also the independent import/export license. M&J design, produce and install from the single quantitative bagging machine, to completed automatic bagging systems, and other large bagging projects. Appeared many industries, throughout domestic and foreign countries, and was widely recognized. In 2006, M&J obtained ISO9001-2008 certification. In the same year, it was awarded with the title of Quality Confirmed Firm by the Committee of the Jiangsu Reputation and Quality Supervision.

MZDP自动包装码垛系统由自动称重、自动供袋、包装封口、输送检测、码垛等部分组成，广泛应用于石油化工、化肥、建材、粮食、港口、物流等行业，实现物料从成品出仓到称重、包装、检测直到码垛全过程的自动化。依次完成自动供料、自动供袋、上袋、称重、装袋、封口、输送整形、重量检测、金属检测、检选筛选、喷码打印、自动码垛等操作程序。具有生产速度高、包装质量好、兼容性好性能稳定等优点，是一种机、电、仪、气、机器人一体化的高科技产品。

主要特点：

◆上袋、计量、缝包、倒袋、整包、重检、金检、剔除、喷码、输送、机械码垛自动完成

◆选用日本三菱PLC可编程控制器进行集中控制，可靠性高

◆称重部份采用托利多传感器，日本UNIPULSE智能化仪表，精度高，速度快

◆控制柜上带有进口触摸屏，手指触摸屏幕即可快捷操作，显示屏幕具有故障显示及在线帮助系统

◆通过智能程序对整个生产线工作过程进行自动控制，可实现连续运转，

◆具有故障报警、显示和自动连锁停机功能

◆可根据用户需要配备通讯接口，对全自动包装码垛生产线实现实时监控、远程诊断和网络化管理

◆气缸、电磁阀和PLC选用国外名牌产品，可靠性好、精度高、寿命长

◆物料接触部分抛光200目以上，确保物料流动顺畅

◆缝包机选用进口的DS-9C系列（NEWLONG），速度快，稳定性好
