Dialects：

A regional variety of a language distinguished by pronunciation, grammar, or vocabulary, especially a variety of speech differing from the standard literary language or speech pattern of the culture in which it exists:

A country of extreme eastern Africa on the Gulf of Aden and the Indian Ocean. Arab and Persian

traders first established outposts in the region between the seventh and tenth centuries. The present state was formed in 1960

from colonies previously held by Italy and Great Britain. Mogadishu is the capital and the largest city. Population, 3,645,000.
